I've been using it since a month or so. Of course I went through the hack issue. They were very transparent about that. Many hurdles when the system got back online, including not recognizing the new setup password after I logged out. But it was fine, I reset my password with no issue. The fact u can stack stablecoin to shitcoin makes it very interesting. The app is fast and responsive.

So far so good. Excellent services provided, and customer service reached back to me within less than 45 minutes! I'll update this as soon as I make both; a withdrawal from a trading profits, and a withdrawal from the investing-side. So, as for now, I would say other than the app being kind of hard to grasp at first, it's actually really intuitive once you get the feel for it. Only issue I see so far is the sheer amount of choices make it hard to sift thru them all. Idk if thats good or bad lol

It is one of the most useless and money eating trading platforms I have ever seen. I put market order. It goes to limit order. It is just one useles app and trading platform alltogether. I will suggest google to provide minus stars as well, so I could give -5 to Hotbit platform. And it is not the app is buggy. Desktop version is also as useless as the app itself. I have never had such a confusing user interface.

You can't place a stop limit order. And if you want to sell, you can't sell instantly at market price. Same thing goes with when you want to buy. If you place an order to buy at a price slightly above the exchange price, it will still not buy and before you know it, the price has gone higher again making you loose some valuable funds at the end of the day. This makes me think they are scamming people. Over all, I don't enjoy the exchange at all.

Excellent exchange, get access to new coins/tokens not found elsewhere. Only issue I have is when they shut down access completely for ⁶site maintenence. I don't like access to my money cut-off, even if only temporary. Would be 5 stars if not for this.

The last update turns the app into a crash specialist app on each click. You cant navigate to the app because each time you click any button,app crashes instantly. Worst experience.

Complete BS I've had "open orders" for 3 months now and it's that much money plus bc of the orders I've lost out on $100s of dollars it seems that they only fill the order if and when it's convenient to whoever owns the coin and don't bother with customer service as they will give you the same automated answer everytime

App is just so hard to use. Poor support system and transactions take forever if not, errors everywhere. Issue I faced: • Withdrawal forbid • When withdrawing it took forever to be completed saying "verifying" • Some error about volume which is not allowing me to sell Horrible experience!!! I dont recommend it to my friends or to anyone!

They helped me reset my account when I lost my device and they ask for cam access when it's not needed but by far they've got one of the best platforms. Constantly giving clients new options and rewards plus they reply pretty quick to emails. So I say it balances itself out. Main issue though is I've tried to buy and sell crypto that took forever it seemed for the order to be filled which cost me some good money. I don't have much in there now but if those orders had been filled on time....

I WOULD STRONG NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANY ONE AS YOUR MONEY WILL BE BLOCKED. Zero customer support. Every time trying to contact for my issues there is a chat bot which directs to email address but there is no response on it as well. Stuck with my issue which is not been resolved since March. I have even tried on various other platforms to reach hotbit team members but no response from there as well.

Worst app ever. Everything when I open this app It has several problems sometimes I can't login with my account.then how we keep our money safely with this kinda application. Whenever I open the app it suggests me to update but it's been 10 times am updating this one . Where are the developers? why don't you say the actual intesion. Is this a new way of profiting with our own money. We need a proper response for this. I think it happens in recently otherwise I might have given you 3 or4 stars.

Buying and selling is a mess it stays a week instead of instant. Check other exchange like binance it's instant no time wasting. If you manage to buy a coin on hotbit when it's down and later the coin start to go up and you decided to sell back it will remain pending till the next days and the coin went down to zero you loose your money. The app is boring to be honest.

Hotbit is very okay... but the only challenge I have with them is the issue of constant updating. The recent update I did was on the 27th of April, 29th of April I am being mandated to update again.The update interval is too close and It so fustrating.

$3500 worth of BTC disappeared, I sent to the Hotbit wallet and they never credited it even confirmed in Blockchain, I post this review after almost 2 months of useless requests in the ticket #636061, I did all humanly possible to get my deposit credited in a friendly way. EDIT: After 3 long months and hundred of requests in all of their channels, finally my complaint was heard at Reddit by Aurora and the deposit got credited although in 20% loss by holding, extreme caution dealing w Hotbit ⚠️

I love the app. Had no issues figuring out the operations. I only wish the investment protocols allowed an option for auto compounding within the individual vehicles, or that you could have the "dividends" deposited separately from the main fund itself each day, instead of having to close a contract to get access to it. It would also be nice if a simple custom "nickname" feature could be added to a contract for personal tracking purposes.

No notification sounds buy sell and too many price glitches. Shows wrong price at fund section when entered to graph real price is shown. Please fix this too in the update.

Would have given you five star there are many things to fix. This app does not allow instant trading market. I lost several money due to that. Please upgrade it and there is not futures in it. It needs alot of upgrade, as well as P2P is not available on the app. Please immediately update the app for instant buy and sell it's more important. Learn from Binance and kucion then be better.

According to Hotbit's support page, they do not provide services for United States users. Oh, and their fee's? Wow. Had over 600 million "items." Decided to see what kind of withdrawal fee would be. How much? 420000000. There are better options out there.

Hot garbage is more like it. Transfers to and from the account are unreliable and not intuitive. You need some sort of history/record keeping of transactions for tax and ledgers but no such thing here, better write each one down. Despite using biometric/fingerprints, it regularly logs you out so make sure you remember that info. One type of data presentation. Hope you like candlestick because that is all you get.

It's a good application, but needs some improvement especially your fees and unnoticed maintenance. The fees are too expensive and you should proferly announce before going on any maintenance. Not apart from that, it's a good app.

If there's zero star I will give it. This exchange don't wany to grow at all. I don't get this everyday update. And this app keeps making me lose my money because it's very slow in carrying out a transaction. And stop doing useless maintenance without announcement. You can be doing maintenance when someone have an open trade. Useless

This app is always under maintenance, you might even miss some opportunity to trade on a particular coin because the app will be under maintenance. And you have to update it regularly. It's bad.

Constant error shown on Google Authenticator even though I am copying and pasting from there, please fix that. It's been like that since last 2 days now, unable to login. Else please provide an alternate way to login.

I dont know why but it is damn near impossible to add money to hotbit to start trading. I tried every instructional I could find. I tried the website and the app and it only gives option to deposit other cryptocurrencies. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Deposited funds to try out trading on this exchange. Decided I liked it, tried to verify my account and got completely locked out of my funds because of a simple error in their system. Can't wait to withdraw all my tokens and delete this funny lil app. 🤣🙏

The app itself is somehow good, thought it has some problems. The worst thing I hate with this app is regular update of new version, and if new version is released you can't use the old version.

So far this year I can't complain too much. Bumpy start with the advancements of layer 2 updates without warning but it seems to be good since then.

I can't be login to my account shortly following updating my app. It keeps showing that "it appears my equipment is being cracked which may lead to compromise of the security level of the app" what's the solution?

The most useless crypto exchanger I have ever seen so far in the history of crypto currency. Place order it will stay there for days without going through both buy and sale.. withdrawal is the worst can't even recommend anyone to use this nonsense. But u guys do maintenance like every week without any improvement I wonder if its failure u guys keep maintenance..... bcus u guys don't even deserve 😔 any good comment

Great app. It is not built for amateurs but crypto enthusiasts will love the features built in once comfortable with the platform.
