This game is awsome, I like the animations and graphics. But there's a bug on my game, the clothes and accessories are black, and I have to re-enter to get the color back, even though it's back but all items are not visible, items become invisible and also a very very long time to loading the map, etc. (I'm on Android tho), please help fix it. I love this game, I've been playing it since it came out. On my other device I rarely had glitches. But now when I go into another area like the beach or something like that, my character turns all white and then when I try to shop I don't know what the colors are which is really annoying. It randomly crashes, sometimes the screen has nothing but the lobby and I can't move or anything. The only way to fix any of this is to restart the game. I've tried to restart my phone but nothing works. Ugh.

On Android, and I updated, but the bugs are still there for me. Outfits don't save right, like passing over expressions and misc. items. And the outfits still go completely black whether the game bugs out or is running smoothly. I find it annoying to need to relaunch the game every time this occurs. While unnecessary to play, a game built around personality and expression flows relatively fine with a working avatar editor.

This game is super fun! I love the fact that it tells you how many points you need to level up. The reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because it crashes super often. I either get stuck on the loading page or I just keep getting disconnected. (I'm on android btw), thats the only thing keeping me from actually playing the game. Please fix. Thank you!

I'm on android and the game has continuously kept crashing and glitching. I've already tried on 3 different android devices and it has repeatedly said "no space" and also kept crashing. (even though i have already made sure to delete other apps and have only hh but it does the same thing regardless) I love this game so much, but I can't even play it for 20 mins straight without running into a random glitch and it crashing out of nowhere. (And yes, I've made sure there is no running apps in the background and still continues.) I've been having these issues since 2019. Please fix this, thank you.

I really like this RPG. i like how you can customize everything about your outfit and that you can express yourself with stickers and gestures. It can get bored when you dont have many friends. You can even decorate your own room :) Didnt change my opinion about the concept, but the amount of bugs in this game have def lower my rating. There are so many bugs and sulake wont do anything about them.

The game is great but there's an issue that has been bothering me lately. The color of everyones clothes and mine always turn white and it's getting really annoying. I can't even change it. Rejoining makes the clothes turn normal again but it turns white after 5-10 min. again or after I tp to a friend. Please fix this.

It's overall a good game! Though there are a few downsides to it. It said there was a bug fix were players wouldnt turn completely black/white anymore. Though I still continue to turn completely white. It would be amazing if that was fixed!

Only giving 2 stars because my game has been giving this problem where everyone would be like dressed in white and it's really annoying and frustrating. I can't see any other colors and also can't make new outfits. I've been reporting this issue many times and it still hasn't been fixed even though i updated my game too. This game overall isn't bad and i have been playing for years but this issue is really making me mad and i hope this issue and many others will be seen.

So..I've had this game back in 2016 so many memories . I am back with a new account in 2022 but ! My saved fits !!! Eek this is where the Problems are . So I want to change my saved fit and the colours from my previous outfit transfer into my others . It's happening to everyone I've spoken to and it's hella annoying . Pleaseeeee fix thiss. Overall this game is super fun !Love meeting new people and getting new items,however the lost and found and Tailor of Fortune hate me so much :,) i recommend

Pleeeaseee i have met a lot of friends heree u r my fave game as of the moment since I do not have to grind so hard. I just spin get rewards and relax. Just a few things to fix/suggestions: 1. The clothes of all the chracters on my screen suddenly turns white. It's not just me, other players experience this also. 2. More variety of clothes or make it kinda easier to get 4/5 star items. It's sooooooooo hard to get one. I hopee it will increase (even just a tiny bit) our chances of gettingthem.

Absolutely not playable rn. It takes for ever to load anything (bios of other players and your own, items in your Inventory and recycler etc.) , the colours of your saved fits get mixed up when you switch between them, after 2 min in the game yours and everybody's clothing turns pitch black (it will stay that way until you close and open the app again) It's simply nerve wracking to play this game since the only thing working literally is the chat function...

Perfect. Chef's kiss. Nothing wrong with this that I see. Perfect graphics, outfits, and the best part for me is when i spin the wheel and I get trash, I can merge 4 duplicates of it to get something rlly cute and I actually commonly get duplicates of trash, so this?Oh yeah, totally get this! One update I would LOVE to see: is if u can decorate your house without having to be reeeally high in levels.

This game is a great game for what it's intended for. Plenty of outfits and customisation options and emotes u can learn to use. The only thing id say that could be improved is more things to do together like mazes, puzzles etc to keep you interested but other than that it's really good.

Not gonna lie, I had fun playing even on my own. I rated it 3 stars tho because the outfits is always pitch black for everyone. I don't know if it's because of the prior warning that I have a full phone storage or it's because of the bugs in the game. It's sad that it didn't even last a day for me to enjoy. Hopefully in the future it'll get fixed.

This is a great game, I've had it for years now. I've met some cool people while I was bored. My only complaint is it is easy to get board of. It needs more this to do like minigames or something. Like facebook multiplayer games with people kinda thing. Otherwise 4/5 stars

I used to play this a year ago I had no problems with the game and now I play it again and everytime I play it after 5 minutes it turns everyone's clothes all white (I cannot change it) it really annoys me because then I have to start the game again and after 5 minutes it happens again, please fix this!

The game is great and all but whenever I leave my room everyone's outfits (including mine) turn white. (Sometimes black). Then when I go back to my room my clothes are still white and so are my clothes options. I really hope this gets fixed cause it is really bugging me since I can't change my clothes cause I can't see the color of my outfits on me. It's still there after the update.

For some reason (on Android) I randomly all avatars will just be wearing white and the game runs really slow when this happens. It fixes when I restart the game but happens so often I have mostly given up on playing. Please fix this !

I really live this game, I'm close to level 50 and I have been playing for almost I believe 5 months, there is a few bugs though like clothing turning white for all characters here and there, but I really enjoy this game and can't wait for new items and updates!

I love this game and I've been playing it since 2019. But I have this new glitch where if I enter the lobby or any other room with people in it my whole character becomes white and everyone else does. And I can't change the color, please fix this it won't stop happening.

I love this game a lot and it keeps me happy when I'm sad or bored or ect. But one of the issues I have is, whenever I enter the game the game takes forever to load and when I finally enter the game there is constant glitching at the top of my screen. But besides that I'm pretty sure this game is the best out of all games. Come play it and you'll find the fun experience the game had given me. The game has given me a chance to finally be social and finally talk to other people around the world.

I love this game! But there's only one problem, the color glitch. Everything turns white or black or just some random colors. You guys said it's fixed but it's still there. Hope you guys can fix it soon!

The latest update notice says that you guys have fixed bugs and issues in the game . Well I'm here to respectfully let you know that the commun bug that makes everyone's outfit colors to white is still there , you really need to fix it its super annoying probably ruined the whole game

Major bug. i updated my game and ever since its been showing avatars colours as only white. only skin tone shows up as normal, but even with others peoples avatars every clothing item is only white even tho it shows its a diffrent colour. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Please fix this bug. I have spent a lot of money in this game and this bug happening is quite disappointing.

HUUUGE fan since 2016 ! This game is amazing if your bored and looking for random fun. Everything in hotel hideaway is pretty much customisable from owning Ur own rooms to participating in style challenges. Dress up how ever you want there really is no limit to what's available specially if you have played for some time. The growth of the game has been particularly my favourite part I personally like to switch languages and visit the other countries enjoying this game :)
