The hotel for which I made a reservation had no record of it. Somehow, the platform failed to forward the reservation to the hotel.

This app is so nice. I love it!
My wife was trying to price and bid on a room on the other sites and they both said no rooms available in the city we were in. I used this app and found several rooms available for lower rates then the other APPS were showing. It took me about 5 min. to book our room at a well named hotel.

user experience of this app is very poor. even after their make over. i wonder if the programmer ever gave it a run before releasing it.

Crashes often. Interface... I clicked on cancellation by mistake and my reservation got canceled without a second confirmation immediately!!!
Arrived at my hotel after an ugly day of travel (four-hour-late bus, got dark and couldn't enjoy the landscape, then the movie on the bus froze and the staff refused to reset it). Now 9pm, so looking forward to checking into me hotel to unwind. The hotel doesn't recognize my booking, even when I show my confirmation. I try the toll-free number a few times - no answer. Now I'm walking the streets looking for another place... Wow.

Where is my Hotel booking in the App? Its not there. Useless App. Online Hotel.de is ok, just called the Hotel and reservation is ok. But in the App it says "no booking". Useless.
I have been using Hotel.de for many years to book my stays in Germany and I like it. But it makes me sweat in fear each time I have to use it on a mobile device. Both, the app and the mobile web site lack functionality I rely on, notably they lack many filter criteria and they always require me to reenter my credit card details although they are stored in my profile. Booking over a mobile device is something I have to do when I am in a hurry and I these kinds of nuicences is the last thing I need
