Constantly glitches out and kicks me out. Kicks me out of playing the game about every minute or two and then I have to reload it to play. Super annoying. I Would like the game and play it more often if I knew it wasn't going to kick me out. But since it does its not really worth the download or to play it.
It keeps crashing & making me start over from the beginning! I've emailed them twice & they haven't done anything at all! Don't waste your time! When it worked...it was fun! At least 4 stars when properly working! I wish they would address the problem & fix it!
I bought a game pack it didn't give it to me. Then all of the sudden all of the money spent in the game and progress was gone. I was back at the beginning of the game. I'm am very upset. The game keeps shutting down I have to go back in. Problem after problem with this game.
So I downloaded this game few days ago. Today was at level 13-14 level and tries to open app to play and it started all the way to the beginning. Lost all my data . I liked it at first but for this to happen isn't good. Now I will be uninstall it since it lost all my data. I have a galaxy 8s so i know it's the phone doing.
Sick off this game now i loved it last year but now it constantly kicks u out every 1 or 2 mins i was on level 20 or so yesterday and it kicked me out when i got back in i had to start all over again and it happened twice 2day fix the bloody problem plz as ive read about 5 or 6 reviews now and all have the same problems with this game and i noticed the games developers havent got back 2 any of us about the problems within the game so thanks for nothin guys
I played this game for a while and did great only to have the game restart from the start. I lost everything I did, also it kicks me out of the game after maybe 5 seconds. I use to like this game and play it all the time. Now I'm going to uninstall it and never play it again.
Absolutely terrible. It keeps shutting down all the time. It also goes back to the start of the game or it has on at least 2 occasions. Not worth your time.
Loved it until I lost everything when it re started. I was on the Murray pyramid had over 10000 cash and over 50 gems. It has a bug of constantly restarting. I spent alot of time on this game and now Im mad.
its a real shame to say this but i would give more stars if it would stop resetting the game bk to the beginning. 3 times now this is happened and if it continues then i will be deleting the game forever.
Played game for a few weeks but when it got to level 20 it wiped all the progress that I was in game only to start from the beginning again I did email the customer help but they did not bother to fix or get in touch

I love this game it is is a fun time passing the only prob was when I got my new phone it did not transfer all of my stuff over to my new one I had to start all over and I was on level 28 other than that love it

Scam! Game keeps advertising during play about a special deal. Buy some gems at a special rate and receive a character. Never got the character.

this apl is a great time saver and is so much fun to play.all through the the gems are a little hard to get,but i still recomend you downloading the game👍
When I was almost to level 15 the app stopped working and when I tried to play it again everything got deleted. I now hate this game, thanks.
Went to play today on level 25 with 106 gems and says data corrupt and now I'm back at the level 1 I want my game restored or I'm uninstalling.

I Love this game but it's been having major issues with it for months now! A few months back I was playing the game, I was around level 25 when the app stopped. I reopened it and continued playing. The app stopping started happening every time I would play. Then the app reset itself, and I had to start the whole game over from the beginning. Today the reset problem happened again (was over half way through level 15). Not Happy! Might have to uninstall this game Forever!!!
