HotelQuickly- Best Hotel Deals

On September, I paid about 600$ for booking rooms then now on December my booking is canceled, just one week before date of check-in. They send e-mail to me and tell me that the reason is an unforeseen issue with their main provider which has affected **many reservation. And they will refund into the credit voucher. What!!! I have to use their service again (without any gift or complements for their mistakes). So DONT' USE THIS APP OR THEIR SERVICES.

Hotelquickly is a SCAM!!!!... I Booked a hotel in July 2018 for travel period in December, but yesterday I received an email that you booking is cancelled and we are giving you a a credit voucher. And also, now no hotels are visible on the app or website... This has happened with thousands of people worldwide... So DONOT use this app. They are fraudsters.

Worst booking app ive ever used. I booked a hotel back in August using this app, went over to the hotel but no such booking was made. Hence I had to make a direct booking with the hotel. I tried calling HotelQuickly but their number is non-existant. So I emailed their service team for a refund, they kept on asking me for my receipt as proof my double payment. So I provided the receipt but they have yet to get back to me. This is the worst after service ever, they refuse to get back to me till this they, all they tell me is "oh we're still working on your case" every single time I ask. Seriously this app is a scam and for those of you considering, switch over to Expedia, they have a much stronger after service team and policy. And for you HotelQuickly who's gonna comment on this with "ohh sorry to hear this, please contact our service team" I have already been doing so for 3 months and already have a request number #368759 that has not been settled all these time. You guys are really a scam who just sucked up my cash and refuse to settle your mistakes

They stole our money. We booked a hotel through Hotel Quickly, and similarly with all other comments the hotel was cancelled and no refund was offered. We haven't left yet but actually called the hotel and they said "your agent (hotel quickly) cancelled the booking". This is a scam, there were no unforseen circumstances.

This company has done nothing but jerk me around. Was on a road trip had to pull of the road late at night. Found a hotel through them booked it and was sent my room would be ready in a hour upon getting there was informed the hotel had no idea about my booking or reference number I was sent by the company so I was forced to pay again at the desk for a room it being too late to look around. I have now been waiting over a week and get nothing but automated "we are waiting for a response" emails. I'm never using them again and warning others to do the same.

Like many others, fell into the same trap. Booked up hotel at lake Tahoe and that hotel had no clue about the reservation. A refund was issued but I had to exchange a lot of mails giving all the details of my transactions so that they don't cancel the refund. The whole trip was ruined.

SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Booked a hotel 3 months ago only to find out it was cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances" 1 week before we are due to arrive. Unable to get in contact with them to get a refund. We called the hotel to find out that Hotel Quickly had cancelled the booking not the hotel itself. Call your bank immediately to request a charge back!

Branded as Scammers in reviews. TRUE!! How do we shut them down? It hurts to read all the reviews. Here at google and other reviewing sites. I too, feel like I've already been Scammed by this hotelquickly. Same Same situation. Booked using their site, cancelled my reservation on the day of booking! Don't want to refund payment to my credit card due to technical issues, and instead offering a voucher. NO WAY! No way I would ever use their services again! Gave a Hard No on the voucher and waiting for reply. What can we all do to get back at this company? How do we report them? How do we shut them down? Clearly a scam. EDIT : They emailed a voucher DESPITE ME CLEARLY SAYING I DO NOT WANT THEIR VOUCHER. Why would I risk using their services again, so they can cancel again without notice? No Way. Now they closed the case. What the. HotelQuickly! Return my money!

I arrived at my hotel today and was told that my reservation had been canceled 2 days ago. I did not make this cancelation. The money has not been refunded, I have tried to contact their customer service multiple times with no answer. I HOPE this message reaches as many people as possible, DO NOT BOOK through this company. If someone in customer service reads this I hope they reach out so we can find some kind of resolution.

DO NOT make any booking! DO NOT dowload this app, NOR MAKE any business in this booking company. Why? I have all the reason to get furious.Booked my hotel in Sept. 2018 for my Jan. 2019 trip and Received a cancelation in Dec. 2nd. HQ offered me a "voucher refund" but webpage is always DOWN. So this means voucher refund is useless. Toll number does not work and keeps saying "receiving high call volumes". Long story short, they took my money and offered a useless "voucher refund". Kept telling them that I need my refund back and they make excuses that their system cannot do it but no problem in charging me and taking it in my CC.Still fighting for my $600+ money. Simply CROOKS!

STOP!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! PLEASE READ THIS!!! This company is a scam. If you scroll through the reviews and see so many people posting about the same thing, you know that this isn't being made up. I, too, made a booking through Hotel Quickly last month, and just 2 days before the trip, I received an email saying that the booking is no longer valid. What a joke. Clearly, this company is a scam and probably a sinking ship, which is why they're accepting people's money and not churning out any actual bookings. AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE OF THE MIDDLE AGES!!!!

HotelQuickly we're very disappointed and upset that 1 week before our arrival in hotel and our reservation has been canceled but se contacted the hotel knowing that they were not canceled our booking. We paid already the full amount and your answering us that you will refund it through voucher. We were asking you if you can book anither hotel fir us but still no feedback from you.

This company is a scam. I booked hotel and paid in full upfront . Upon arrival was told reservation is cancelled. Tried to contact hotelquikly was on hold for 22 min and hang up. Had to go and pay other hotel. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Scam! Do not use it. I booked a hotel months in advance and 2 days before the booking date, they notify me that it 2as canceled. Did not receive the refund. Can not get a hold of them

I booked a hotel with them. They canceled my hotel 2 months later and would not issue a refund. Company is in financial trouble, do not book with them.

SCAM, do not use!! They cancel and "refund" you in a voucher. Disgusting company. They tried to refund me to a Hotel quickly account but I don't even have one.

This is a Scam.. they cancelled my booking just before my trip and mentioned that hotel cancelled it. They are not even providing me with a refund.

poor company....spoilt my holiday....supposed to fly out in 4 days and sent me a cancellation mail after everything has been paid.....dont use as customer service is not responding and customer service number doesnt work!!!!!

HQ cancelled my reservation on last minute!! Stupid! And now i can't use redeem code, bcoz on apps i can't found available hotels.. SCAM!!! Thieves!!! Don't use this app! Asuu tenan!!

Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. They had a problem with their supplier and a booking was not confirmed. At least getting a refund.

Booked through here got to my destination and found they had cancelled my booking and kept my money. NOT HAPPY!!!

Made a booking a month ago to be told today that my booking has been cancelled..we were nt notified n refunded..would like to kno way forward as im supposed to check in 2morrow.

They are scammers. Took my money and cancelled my hotel reservation. No refund and no responses to my emails. I have already reported to my bank

Idiots, canceled my booking, and refunded the money in voucher form.. This app cannot be trusted! Refund our money now, everyone please do report this app to Google play store! It shouldn't be here

I'm a victim of hotel booking being cancelled too via your booking website and its my first time using the services. Technically, your company has received my payment; and many others too. There's no reason this situation cannot be rectified. I've emailed my case to you. I hope we can receive good news from you soon.

Are you reading all this reviews that say this is a scam. Excellent. Because it is. Notified my CC company and they are disputing the transaction.

My booking was canceled by Hotel Quickly. They are not offering a refund . This is a fraud.
