Customer service just doesn't work. Accidently delete my refund request(coz the button in bottom is too big, and there's no confirmation dialog after tap) and customer service still didn't answer(hotline/chat). Same thing for my refund questions. No responce since 4 March!
Flight was cancelled. I requested a refund. It is still pending after 15 days. They're saying that the airline are not confirming this refund, but this is not true, the company simply didn't receive this refund request. Fraud.
Seemed like a great app......until every time I try to fill out the forms to buy a ticket, my phone keyboard freezes and then refuses to go away until I put the phone to sleep and re-awaken it. It is impossible to actually buy a ticket through this app, apparently.
Impossible to redeem bonus points. Feature doesn't work either from the app or website.
Terrible app, support answers too long and after some time stops answering at all. My cancel request still pending for almost a month(waiting company confirmation), however, I have got information from flight company, that it was cancelled!
It's a realy great and comfortable app. I don't afraid to use this app, because it very safety. I advise to try it for everybody, who wants to have his rest more simple, with comfort and safety.
Unfortunately if your flight was changed/cancelled then you can't see your order details in this app. It's frustrating
