OK app, but be warned you will not be able to use it to amend your booking once you have made it, even if you have chosen free cancellation. There is an Amend Booking option, but in my experience this doesn't allow you to change the number of nights if your plans change. To do this, you will either have to risk cancelling and rebooking or contacting them, which is a pain to do. Very annoying!

The pricing system is a bit shady. They show you one price now and another price later, kind of like how airlines work. Since they change their prices, they don't want anyone taking a screenshot and so they block screenshots on their app citing security concerns. You can however use another device to take a picture of your screen. Oveall good app. I wish the prices were more fixed than always changing.

The app won't let me change my booking that comes with a free cancellation. I can never find the detailed price breakdown for my bookings. Trying to use the chat service is frustrating. It asks you to provide your confirmation number but you can't get to it while in the chat. If you get out of the chat window and go to your booking, you are still unable to copy the confirmation number from there because the app doesn't support copy/paste functionality. 😡

Very disappointed. Our room was cleaned but stunk so bad. We wouldn't go barefooted because the carpet was just disgusting. When we retired for the night we wanted to watch TV but no channels would work correctly. Front desk sent someone to look at it but was quick to get out and did not fix it. The hallways stunk very badly and was stained to no end! We will not be staying there again.

I've booked 3 times through this app so far and it has always been quick and easy. They always have good photos of the properties so you know what the room will look like when you get there. No surprises. And I like that yhe rooms are always a decent price.

Absolutely horrible. I originally made a reservation (or so I thought) on Sundsy May 22. I went to the web site today for details and there was no evidence of my reservation. I went to make a new one it it took multiple tries. It did not like my credit card security number or my zip code. I finally got the reservation, or at least I hope so but one more experience like this and I will never use this site again.

Appalling app and company. App defaults to a random currency with no obvious way of changing it. Has Internet issues when no other app does. Interface is very poor. Failed to register my rewards nights so I lost my existing ones too. Use another service.

Absolutely disgusting service! Used them for the FIRST TIME and this is definitely the LAST!! booked a hotel through them which was meant to be Free Cancellation and pay at the hotel. Despite this, there was a block for the entire amount on my card and I thought this was part of their process and it will be reversed in a few days - instead, there is another attempt to charge my card! Because this transaction was declined, they cancelled my booking. Booking and Agoda are way better!!! Stay away!

App is user friendly, easy to use, browse and filter various options. Typically find best deals here. Collect rewards. Occasionally seems to be some miscommunication to hotel RE room type

This is a great app, I never have any issues with bookings or cancellations. The the free night after you have so many hotel stays is nice as well, although I'm not always able to take advantage of it.

This is a reasonably good app unless you have to make changes to reservations. Even if you select the option to extend your stay, it instead makes a whole new reservation without telling you until you have paid, and then your stuck paying for both.

I can search for bookings with email reference numbers but it seems to instantly forget them and not save them in the 'bookings' section. That was what I was after with this app so no real reason to keep it if bookings don't show up. I'm sure the rest of the app is great but not for me.

I have always used this app to book hotels till it always stopped and said I was offline when I was not. I reinstalled the app and everything works fine but later I discovered the prices reflected are all in UK$ and not in my local currency anymore. The prices in my currency are only shown after I booked and they turned out to be much more higher. It caused me to cancel another cheaper booking with the same hotel before realising. I can't change the currency back to my local one with this app.

Dreadful app and the website is equally poor. Navigation is spectacularly unintuitive and claiming your free nights is made as difficult as possible. Lost count how many times I have to call customer service to resolve another booking error due to this joke app. Cheaper to book directly with hotel.

Most places match descriptions. I understand its hard to keep help with the pandemic so I have adjusted my expectations. Some places have worked hard to keep the quality high others have slipped and I can only hope they will improve as conditions improve.

Booked over one and a half months worth of hotel stays building up points for free nights only to have all the points stripped away for changing my booking in the app. I never recieved tje points for the ones I changed to begin with! They took the points for the stays i already completed! Use Priceline, prices are lower anyway!

Great app with great rewards. I just used a free night I had earned . I was super impressed on how easy it was to redeem. I am only at silver level but I'm already noticing the rewards that brings on certain rooms. Will continue to book with them.

I have problems viewing the reservation made for me by friend. There's no option to remember or save or pin the reservation, forced to search again once the app is closed. Not user friendly and such a hassle

I have always had a great experience with the app but for some reason it would not recognize my stored card to purchase. I have used it before and everything is up to date. I could not get in touch with anyone to help. Very frustrating!

Support is shamefullu bad. You are better off staying away from any Expedia related services!!! Fast to book, but very hard to get any support. And when you get some support, they are not interested in helping. Only interested in generating revenue!

I enjoy the options of each hotel, the fact that prices can be similar or better than what the hotel may offer. Also when everything leads to that free night! It's amazing. Kudos guys!☆ ab.

Used to love this app, and used it a lot, but now they are giving access to someone that is claiming my email address as theirs. There's a lady from the the US that thinks my email address is hers and mixes it up all the time. I login with Biometrics so the only way she could have gotten in was to call support for access. Her searches are all through my account. Considering my credit card information, rewards, and personal info is in my account this is unacceptable!

Poor customer support. I made a booking with breakfast in a hotel but they passed out on the to the hotel as a room only booking. When i try to reach customer support, i don't get proper response. It is more than 15 days since the stay and no one has contacted me to resolve the issue after raising the concern multiple times!!!

Does not work well on newer phones after the recent update. It doesn't want to open, and when it does it doesn't load my reservations or information until I close and reopen the app several times.

Using e-gift cards is next to impossible. TWICE I have literally been "left out in the cold" when depending on using them. As a female, alone, without a vehicle in town, it was really a horrible situation that ended up costing me over $200 THE FIRST TIME. I didn't have the $ to spend next time, had to literally sleep outside, and was robbed. It's really just unacceptable. Nothing was done to compensate me in anyway. The app is just like the others, but customer service is non-existent

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I had my booking cancelled without my input, was then put through with 4 different cx rep in one hour. none was helpful, got dropped and connected to a new rep who does the same thing as previous rep. Absolute rubbish.

Works ok for finding hotels, reservations are poorly designed. It tells me some pet policy info, but doesn't provide an option to book with pet. Do nothing, you likely won't have a pet room when you get to the hotel. If I have to call the hotel to ensure a pet room, then what do I need the app for?
