Hands down one of the best forex broker apps in the market.. the black and red UI is beautiful, it shows you the current spread, charts, news, have fingerprint login and deposit and withdrawal options.. Its shows you everything that you need to know, but simple enough for you to understand and navigate around... 100% satisfied :)

This is the best app so far, with my experience, And I love the signals, the signals are 100% sure, I repeat the signals are 100% sure, though they rarely come, but if you are around immediately it comes, I am sure you are closing that trade with profit. If only I can rate this app 10/5

I trade with my mt4 app, but hotforex serves as the wallet linked to said account, in regards to what they're doing well I would say they have an intuitive interface and almost always have a tool for whatever you need. But the issue of deposits and withdrawals taking forever to arrive or depart is a large annoyance, as most traders are making the choice of depositing or withdrawing with a time sensitive goal in mind. And it gets annoying when you have to wait days for said transaction.

I cant even login with the same ID and Password that works for the web version. Keeps popping up Wrong ID and Password. This is so annoying. Even the online verification process is too complicated, too many requirements and not so straightforward navigation on the website.

I have used this app for a while now. For deposits, redrawal, internal transfer and even recently for HF copy. I simply love it. It is easy to navigate. My only concern is that as an affiliate, it does not give you access to your partners area where you can check the stats. Maybe you impove upon. But in short, I love this app.

Have difficulties depositing funds into my account almost always via visa cards. At times it goes through at times it doesn't. Very frustrating as the app jams on the deposit window of Safefin visa payment window. And contacted support no reply had to call Cape town branch and they told me.to contact my bank. Yet the app is not working well other online transactions i could do except the one on the am as it gives me problems. Other times when it allows me to pay its fast though. Please fix this.

There are many advantages one cane achieve by using the App. Some of them being the mobility to say we you can trade when ever and where ever not having to be behind your desktop but through your phone or app. You can also withdraw funds at your convenience. The app allerts you of the best possible trades to take as well

Been stuck on verification since almost forever and the last part of document just sent, I haven't had any feedback whatsoever. This is easily one of the longest and most stressful and verification I've ever done.

I have been using Hotforex for 6 years, and I always get my withdrawals after 3 working days. The transactions of internal transfers are instant! & i love that $-). I rate you 4 stars because the service you provide (Consultant Team, Deposit & withdrawals processors) they are at best. The 1 missing star you have to work on it by stop manipulating the price that much!. We don't deserve that messy Displayed Stats 📊 that is wrong! and very much disappointing & please FIX IT! HotForex!.

Honestly good, quick reply with instructions on what to do exactly if you encountered a problem. Excellent customer services. They realy don't give you the time to get frustrated, it's kinda weird how efficient they are, it's like their sole priority in life is customer satisfaction, so....👍👍👍

Everything with the app all fine.. 2 points I would suggest for improvement 1. App deposits/withdrawal takes too long compared to web, 2. can you add alerts where a person can be alerted when their items reach certain price point

Best forex app I ever use. I'm really love the Bonus Removals Calculator function in internal transfer, very convenient. Now I'm really wish you could add "Cumulative lots traded" function to keep up with bonuses and please fix HFmarket Analysis, as it stuck at loading screen

The rate at which you update the app is so frustrating, always asking for update. The most annoying story is the app starts updating and stops midway showing download pending, whats going on. You should have a reasonable timeline for resesrch and update, stop bugging us with update option as if you lack proper research template. As i type this review, update is still frustrating, keeps stoping half way

I think Hot forex is a great app however I have a feeling that when I am trading they are seriously trading against me. 1) When I set a stop lose the graph goes right against me to just hit my stop lose and almost immediately move towards my previous trade. 2) When the trade is against me it moves faster than when its in favour of me. I hope and trust you will do something or you stop that. Apart from that I think its a great app.

I feel Hot Fx is abit complicated to use. Am stuck somewhere trying to understand how exactly I can start trading through this app. I noticed you need to have a Hot fx wallet, then MT4 application, which I did and now I see limited instruments. Hope something more straightforward may be developed where one can simply log in and easly deposit and start trading within just one application.

First, their website is down very frequently. I don't know how a broker can have such a bad developer team. Second, My first deposit is OK. However, when I deposit using my other card. They disapprove my deposit without any notice. So my money is just gone. And they even did not send a notification email about that. Third, when I try to withdraw my money. They keep saying I need to transfer the money to my wallet. But It is already there in my wallet. It is just so annoying.

Good app the only problem is it takes too long to open and lately too many updates that makes things worse I used to leave it open now you have to always log in causing time wasted also having more problems to deposit money it just takes too long or cannot go in you have to go in numerous times it has taken me more than 15 hours to deposit and this is not the 1st time I unistalled the app and reinstalled it and as I opened it it updated I am still unable to make a deposit or internal transfer

edit: hotforex is very helpful to fix to problem. version 2.3.3 fix the blank screen problem. back to 5 stars. thanks! (SOLVED)App unable to load after latest update. It showed white screen after waiting for few minutes for the home screen. Tried reinstalling the app. It's the same. I am using Samsung note 3. Can u fix it?

This app is the worst app ever. I made a deposit from my bitpay account about 12 hours ago. Transaction has already been confirmed in my bitpay account. But my account is yet to be funded. I regret signing up. Worse broker I've ever come across. Kindly refund my money if my account can't be credited. You guys never delayed in verifying my id. How come there is a delay in funding my account. I really regret signing up.

I was trying to verify my identity but it couldn't go through. I waited for sometime and they said the session is over. I'm trying to create a new account and the information I'm getting is there's an account with the email and number. The question is how may I know my Account ID since that is the only thing I can use to login

Overall a great experience. But I am unable to find paypal as a payment and withdrawal option. It was the only reason why I opened my account with Hotforex. I am not a uk citizen and I have no problem connecting to Cyprus server also. Please solve this problem!

I have myHF, MT4 and MT5 apps in my cell phone. When I attempted downloading the same in computer window 10 it failed giving message that I have them in my phone and ipad. i wish to use them in pc. Please help me solve the problem

l have had a bad experience with this app today. I have used u before and never had any issues. Recently l tried to fund mywallet and l am having difficulties, swveral emails to customer services is not helping at all, they are telling me its my bank! l mean how can it be my bank when my HF account doesnt even give me an option to enter my card details! l am very dissapointed at your customer services agents on duty today. Can someone maybe an IT technician look into my problem and assist me.

If it was possible to give this app a zero star then I will definitely do that, this is the worst app, worst broker exchange that has ever graced the surface of this earth. I have been trying to verify my account for the past 5 days yet no success I sent an email to them with all valid documents and yet refused to approve me i submitted my National identity card that clearly has my full names address and date of birth, i submitted my light bill, and my voters card, they refused to accept them.

After installing the app, its menu offers a demo account feature. But no matter how you try, it ignores the request and direct you to the deposit funds page. Fix this bug please.

Hotforex is the best trading platform and broker, their customer service is very fast and friendly, you can deposit and withdraw your money safely anytime and anywhere, but please people are getting stucked with the verification, can you please please fix this issue, I'll be very grateful

So unhappy with the services.if you are trying out this broker for the first i advice you NOT TO USE THEM. Struggled to get my account funded even after i had provided all the neccesary documents, they wont refund my money neither do they reply emails anymore..STAY AWAY FROM THEM PLEASE!!
