HotPads Apartments & Rentals

Alot easier to find places using the area map system, good for people to navigate with. Hotpads have more listings for town homes and duplexes/ single homes more so than most listenings online. It notifies me when new listing a posted around areas I wish to move to and when favored listenings are taken. Best of all, I haven't noticed any advertisements outside of the app. All around very good and highly recommend.

v6.3.9 - Would have been a pretty good app, two things that are annoying, the address specific messages to be sent are automatically copied over from an earlier address specific message instead of refreshing each time to the current one, and cannot even copy a phone number manually from a respose message to call the contact's number. WEB version works correctly

It's great I get alerts instantly majority of the time the listing be spot on , other times it's prices are different from the actual unit price . So some places may say $1,100 but when you visit the web site or call the office to gather further information , and set up tours or check on units . The actual price for a place is $1,400 which isn't a major price difference but it can be misleading when filtering your search and having expectations of your ideal or desirable home.

For the past week, every time I get an email & I click view, it'll go to the Hot Pads app but then it will automatically exit out of the app.... REPEATEDLY... Then when I go to the app itself, the app still does opens but exit out just as fast... I have uninstalled this app & installed again several times still is doing the same thing.

I literally love this app so much & recommend it to everyone!! It's super user friendly & always has tons of properties available to rent. Due to successfully finding & moving into 2 apartments over the last 6 years, HotPads is definitely my go-to app when it comes to finding a new place to call home!

They publicize several properties, but if you request to see one, no one ever gets back to you. I requested to see 10 properties here in North Orlando and while I waited several days to be contacted, I received 10 different emails saying that the houses were already gone. Deleting the app soon

I'm loving it so far. I wish the search was a bit more intuitive, like searching for places with individual garages, but I think it's a great app with a gorgeous interface

Have become quite pleased with the app. It definitely delivers. Getting notified with good stuff. I suppose it would definitely depend on where you are. It does work like someone would want to help them find a place

This APP is awesome. You put in the City and/or zip code you're looking for and properties pop up. Ads give you description, phone numbers, amenities, and filters you can fill out to your preference. Really recommend this wonderful app.

Hot pads is basically an amazing hub where you can view where apartments in your area and other areas around the country. It's been a phenomenal resource and I've already recommended it to a few people.

So far this app is great at sending me recommendations on houses with in the parameters that I requested. Also has a huge amount of properties so I'm not constantly looking at the same properties over and over. The few Management companies that I have emailed for more information have replied to my emails within 2 days which is a big A++++

absolute junk. when you ban fisheye photos and listings with no photos because it's 2022 and housing is not a game and everyone has a camera phone and there's no excuse for no photos in a listing... maybe this app will have some value. full of scams and also full of spam from local entities that have their own websites spamming up all of your listings and obscuring individual landlords who might be more reasonable than corporate ones. literally, clean up the junk or people will go elsewhere.

Hot pads provides me with so many options and updates me as soon as a new listing shows. The houses are in the area and price range I requested. I feel I have the latest info to help me in my search. Thank you hot pads.

Very easy to search for what you want and almost always hear back. Very easy way to find an apartment. Love it

I love hotpads.. The only question I have is that why are the same apts still up for renting? Why is it still available? I am moving to Hawaii soon and I am checking those areas to be close to my mother. Thank you for keeping me posted.

Yeah, overall best app for searching and card layout nice. Use it everytime I move. Map feature is clutch.

So far its been good. Easy to use. Not too many listings in my budget but way more than most apps out there. Will give 5 stars if I aquire an apartment through here!

The app isn't working or loading and it's not letting me sign in I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times and it is still not working

The app does what is its supposed to do which is to list apartments for rent. The problem is where do they get their info? I've never gotten a response from a single rental so wbo is getting my requests for viewings?

This app is amazing.. It gives you exaclty what you are looking for and easy to use and receive alerts that are customized to your filter needs and requirements.

Seems to be a great tool. The app works perfectly. However I do sometimes have an issue with the website. But all in all this is one of the best sites/apps for the situation.

Really simple to use I like how you can message the home owner or apartment right from the app. Found a place to live with all the amenities I was looking for thank you!!

Easily the most useful tool for an apartment search, between the filtering options and breadth of information.

Keeps me updated everyday with accurate information based on my preferences, includes name of property owners and info. I like this app very helpful.
