HotSOS is the premier application for empowering hotel employees to provide guests the best possible stay from a service and facilities perspective. Through HotSOS, employees and managers can access multiple functions catered to their role within the hotel operations.
The role based access notifies staff of awaiting service orders and allows them to view detailed information and manage pending work better. HotSOS also gives the ability to generate service orders and perform guestroom or public space inspections and gives department heads and hotel managers a tool to easily manage operations on the go.

I like the app and the data and info that umit provides. It's nice to have it available mobile. But the biggest issue we have as a team is that it logs out everytime the phone sleeps. So we have to log back in every single time. It defeats the purpose of ease and convenience. I hope that gets fixed very soon.
This app looks good, but the functionality is abysmal. It seems to have been written by those who have never done any of this work and have had the 'requirements' described to them over the phone by others who have never done this work. It is inflexible and not at all intuitive, it makes one go through redundantly redundant actions. It's like being trapped in quicksand and mauled by a bear simultaneously. Seriously though, it is infuriating to use. EDIT: I wish I could reclaim the wasted hours
16 years of broken software equates to HotSOS. In it's long life, it's only had three title updates. It tries to push updates via internal software, instead of using Google Play so you constantly get "update application" forever. Not only that but considering it constantly logs off and sends orders to your device regardless if you are logged in or not, the only way to stop it is to "Force Stop" in settings. Overall for as much money as it costs, I expect better. Biometric log in would save time.
When you turn on the app and login right off the get go a little screen pops up says update application then once that goes away and you start using the app another screen pops up says connection error you hit okay and it works fine is there any way you guys can fix this bug or update the application
While the app is meant to streamline operations, it makes the job more difficult with its constant crashes, missed notifications, and log outs requiring multiple sign ins per shift. If this app was designed to replace the salary of a dispatcher with something more efficient and productive, it has failed miserably.
Never works. Always shows that you lost internet connection. Always logs you off. Switching to another screen automatically logs you off. Assuming this app will never be fixed. Update: 11/9/2021 congratulations your app officially doesn't open on my phone and constantly crashes.
seriously one of the worst apps ive ever used. constantly having to close it out due to errors or not loading. freezes up all the time and having to close it and open it again for every other work order is really a pain. get it together hotsos!!
Work for a hotel my company changed to this application. Struggles to open and log in. There is times when I think there's no new request. Won't refresh promptly have to close the app wait, try to login at least 10 minutes wifi I have to connect, disconnect, connect until I get lucky. By then I have 3 to 5 requests fron 30 mins ago. Requests are on an estimated time to complete every one. Well I always complete them late. Thank you.
It seems after the update to work on android 8.0 (pie) notifications dont seem to work anymore. They do on one out of 3 phones that we have in my department, it shows the system sent the message to my phone but I never get them
Where to adjust the notification sound there's none. Literally I'm late to start all request because it never notifys me when I have a request. I have to log out and log in everytime because it is rare when it stays connected. Fix it ! I POSTED 👆👆 A FEW MONTHS AGO. PROBLEMS ARE STILL THERE. IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMPANY I WORK FOR, I WOULD OF UNINSTALL A LONG TIME AGO. STILL I DONT NMA NOTIFICATION SOUND AND HAVE TO REATART TO CHECK FOR NEW REQUEST. IF I GET LUCKY ILL GET IT TO RECONNECT.
Id rate this negative stars if I could. Hotsos is absolute garbage. Every half hour, at least, I have to force close and restart. Repetitive notifications, constant crashing. Avoid at all costs.
I'm not feeling cool using this app. It is automatically logged out so many times a day. Every 1 hour I have to reboot it. I got very upset
It doesn't seem to work with 32-bit ARM devices. I tested it on a Moto G 2014 & Xperia XZ1 Compact, both running on LineageOS. It only on my 64-bit Xperia. Please fix that. It'd be useful to reuse old phones as HotSOS phones.

Need this for work and can't even use it. Crashes everytime I open it, can't even log in.
App freezes and does not alert android phones. without having to say, the messages also don't make it to my watch. poor app.
Literally the worst app ever. You have to log into it then is take awhile to load. And after all that waiting it says error then you have try to log back into then it says updating.
No Updates since 10/2019.... This App Really Needs it!! Constant issues daily, too bad our Property depends on it... for now, will be looking into a Better option to replace Hotsos.
Doesnt work on android. Constantly logs you off. I have to reboot my phone 3 to 4 times a day to maybe get it to work. Notification function sometimes works.
many bug please fix it. i use this app every day in my company. this app always drop to offline mode.. wasting time to on off data/ wifi and login again.. please develover fix it..
Installed the app three times, every time I tried to log in it said I didn't have permission, although I have no problem on the desktop version with my login and password.

Didn't work if I didn't give them access to make phone calls. I don't get why it would need access to 99% of my phone when all I'm doing is looking at work request.
This app is riddled with issues. Forcing closed and giving me error issues all the time! With the latest update, I have to log in every time I exit the screen. I've noticed that things have been changed around on the market so that all of the negative reviews are no longer posted. I wish my company would use a different service.
