UPDATE: I recently wrote a review for this app saying that, whilst it had worked flawlessly on my Moto G7 Plus, it sadly didn't work on my new Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. However, after continued attempts, I have got it to work- I needed to give the app permission to 'autostart' in the settings first. So happy it works again, because it's really useful. Thanks!

Had given this 4* but doesnt work as reliably as expected. Does not always connect. App has to be forced to auto connect. If gets sorted will give it the stars back. Spot on. Simple. Does what you want without the annoying pop ups. Used on a S8+

Works where others fail, no ads, simple and straight-forward. I tried many other apps before this one and none could get around the limitations Google imposed in Android 8+. But this one works great on my Moto X4 running Android 9.

Seems to work fine for me, but how do I autorun this app after the phone is turned on and how do I keep this app running in the background? I found out by going into the battery settings, then apps. May be in security settings in other phones.

Perfect, top marks to the developer. When my phone connects to the Bluetooth device in my car it turns on my mobile hotspot and turns it off when it disconnects. Thank you!

Turns on hotspot when Bluetooth device connects as advertise. However it does not turn off when you disconnect from Bluetooth device. Does not turn off when you try to turn off hotspot. Stays on forever.

Worked for what I wanted it to. I was wanting a way for my phone to turn on my Hotspot when it connects to my Nissan Altima Bluetooth so the Alexa Dot in my car could connect to it. It has worked good at that.

I have used this app for two and a half years on three phones and it has always worked smoothly and reliably. I am now using it with Android 11 on a Google Pixel phone, previously on 2 different Motorola phones.

I love this app! Bravo to the developer. I use it daily to automatically turn hotspot on/off in my my car. My only complained is that it leaves my devices's WiFi turned on after the hotspot has disengaged.

Works near perfectly except that it won't turn back on the WiFi once it's lost the Bluetooth :(

Works every time with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and Peugeot 3008 with built-in Tomtom navigation system. Setting up was very easy with minimal effort from me.

Tried to do this with macros, which worked for a while until rules changed for some reason. This app works, need to test it Google maps on my head unit, will add more later.

It is activating hotspot when connected to a bluetooth device but after use when wifi reactivates, it does not autoconnect to any wifi network and have to do it manualy.

Can't scroll down to select my Bluetooth device,which is at the end of the list of decices. Please add a scroll bar or someway to access the full list of devices.

First time connection works, once Bluetooth is disabled and enabled again, this app wont connect again and it is a mess to get the connection again!

I've emailed the developer and received no answer. Was working great for a week and just stopped. Tried reinstalling, and deleting cache. Please fix and I will pay and change review. lol

I need this feature on a samsung s8+ why do none of these programs work? Why are we so locked up? I got rid of apple for that reason! This doesnt work either.

Love it once again! I think it was my phones optimization settings that were stopping the app.

Doesn't work unfortunately... s8-note... What a shame.... Update for Note 10+5g still doesn't work.... Please fix... Would gladly pay for an app like this

Doesn't appear to work on P10 Android v8. Says its activated the hotspot, but it hasn't.

May you add ability just turn hotspot on/off by just a start this programm - in next version? I ready to buy this!!! ))

Works perfectly so far in my Galaxy S6 running Android 7.0 with an aftermarket Android nav unit.

Worked exactly what I needed it to do, hotshot to my aftermarket android deck when connected.

Absolutely great. Makes it easy to connect every time!
