Better than nothing. Has trouble booting sometimes. Scrolling thru guide is a very time consuming process -- stops to load often. Also, guide reads only "adult content" instead of title on many shows; for example "Big, Little Lies". Cannot download shows or watch shows within the this app. It only links to a channel app.

Buffering, buffering and more buffering.. need I say more UPDATE I am removing one star , wish I could remove both!! This app very seldom works, if at all, . it either takes forever to load or doesn't load at all. I don't understand how a company that deals with technology can have such a useless app. I have quite a fewr apps that are similar and work beautifully!! What a shame.

This company continues to provide great service and continually maintains the smaller channels. There competitors are attacking, discontinuing and increasing costs while their television servi E declines. Hotwire there are dozens of condo buildings looking now for your great service as Breezeline is much worse since switching management from Atlantic Broadband. Thanks for your consistency and recent service upgrades

Hotwire is 3rd world technology. It has NO app inter faces. Your Smart TV becomes almost obsolete after spending endless amounts of money on it. If you like TIVO, forget it. They don't support it in any way, so you loose all the superior features that TIVO provides. They sell a bill of goods, but their equipment sucks

This app used to work fine but the last version 1.4.9 is buggy on all my devices. Splash screen hangs and have to close and restart, channel guide stuck on downloading for minutes, remote not responsive. Either fix it or allow the previous version to be used as well and not force the update.

Atrocious app, Hotwire has the worst programmers and network staff of any company on the planet. The app never loads (even worse on their website), each new screen is an exercise in futility. Their service is obviously a junk pile of disconnected services (phone service requires a different sign-in than the regular app) none of which work. Can not believe my HOA agreed to this contract with such awful service.

Since the last update when I open the app it stays on the splash screen and will not do anything else. Won't even let revert to the previous version. Right now it's completely useless.

App spins and never loads. The only way to get it to halfway work is to go into the app settings and delete the data and cache. I shouldn't have to do that to just get something to do what it should do on its own.

Dizzy watching the circle go around and around, buffering forever! Not fun nor does it work!

please add volume up and down and mute function on remote. why use this feature if 2 remotes are needed (one to change channels and one to change volume levels

Get a message saying it's for Residential Customers only (which I def am). Called and was told they needed to add a code to my acct and app would be up within 24 hours. Still getting the same message a week later.

When you try to open the app, it constantly tries to load but doesn't. The only thing that you can do is uninstall and reinstall it every day.

App does not work. When trying to stream any channel, getting "DRM check failed". Suppoet has no idea what the issue is.

I finally got it on and then payed one month for extra tv box they charged me for two months instead of 1 month get for act together fision horrible customer service still waiting for a refund credit something

I love being able to pay my bill online and check the status of my account from my phone! This is a very convienent app.

Need to uninstall and then reinstall for the app to function. I expected more from Hotwire than this.

Had to contact my community coordinator to resolve a phone problem customer service started off by not following through. It's all solved thanks
