Hours Keeper - Time Tracking

Update - I hadn't used this for a while-came back to it today & it seems to have completely changed. Can't pause the timer, can't add my activity that I'm clocking in for. Right now it's basically useless to me. S far, I love it! Been searching for something like this forever, but definitely world be useful to have a periodic reminder that it's still running for those of us who get distracted... I would give it five stars if I could access it on my computer for easier editing of invoices & hours

Almost perfect! It just needs a pause button. Being a new sole proprietor, I get constant interruptions (calls, emails, texts) or I have to look up info (because I'm new) that I cannot bill my client for. I need to be able to pause and resume instead of having to clock out completely. It would be much easier to clock in, pause when needed and then clock out when I'm actually done. I have to use my phone timer then input the info later d/t the interruptions. 😣 Everything else is AMAZING!

Works pretty well 95% of the time. One issue I have quite often is that after I clock in, the screen glitches back to the default "no clocks - no client on the clock" even though when I click the client it shows in the bottom that they are in fact on the clock. Pretty annoying because I like periodically checking the main screen to see what I'm owed and to see when I hit overtime. Anyways, I've been using this daily for years and would recommend it to anyone who punches in!

I love this app and use it daily as I'm a 1099 contractor. HOWEVER, I just recently upgraded my phone and for whatever reason, it thinks I didn't purchase the pro version. I couldn't invoice the client and I have ads popping up with I'm on the phone with clients which is embarrassing. I emailed (shortly after switching phones) to get this resolved and radio silence. I've even contacted a different address (I think who may have taken it over) and still nothing. Out of desperation, I now have paid for this twice. Is this what you're hoping that people will do? I'm keeping my eyes open for a different program because the customer service has been non-existent!

I've been having this app for two years since the ending of 2017. It is very reliable for managing the income on someone's earnings. The version of today is much better because you're allowed to have three + different invoices than before. It used to allow only two before, yet it was a benefit for me for managing timely schedules and the hourly rate. A very intelligent way of sending invoices to managers and supervisors for easy payroll. Overall, a great app for being free!

I really love the app. But when I try to send invoices to email, it says unable to attach file. I upgraded to pro to see if it made a difference and it doesn't. I had selected export to email always, and now I can't change if so kind of useless to me. Any help?

I have been using this app on an old iPhone since sometime in 2020 without any problems. I have a new android phone that I purchased & down loaded the app again. When I try to email an invoice it will not attach a file. If this issue can be resolved I would give it a 5 Star

I have been using this app for about 5 years and it has proved itself to be an absolutely essential tool. I love all the different options for inputting clients and pay rate, so that every hour worked is translated into the dollar amount earned per shift. It's seriously the best. Plus if you forget your password you can reset it no problem through your email, which is s feature many similar apps lack.

I had this on my old phone and had to install it on my new one. Now I have ads, where I didn't before. Still a little glitchy and shows that I have clients active but I don't. Also, when I installed this on my new phone and logged in, it only imported up to Nov 2018. I need the rest to bill my clients. I've emailed the developer twice with no response.

I give it one star because yeah when you figure it out you can keep your hours but it doesn't do near as much stuff as so many other apps and then you run out of options if you don't pay for it. Which is stupid considering their options are very few anyway. except for the notes that I took needing to be copied into a different app it's completely useless it runs in the background all the time unless you log out my battery is gone down dramatically just having it wouldn't do this one if I were you

1 click clock in. 1 click clock out. There's options to fix a mispunch if you screw up and an option to take out breaks at a later time. The free version allows 2 clients if you get paid different rates for say travel/labor. I like it cause it's simple and will probably buy the full version if its only a few bucks.

I really liked this app when it worked. But when I needed to get my data it would let me export it. It wouldn't let my sync my data either! So I figured I would log out and log back in. I thought that would fix it. BUT IT ERASED EVERYTHING. over 1000 logged hours and dozens of clients. Completely gone

Unable to even try the app, it won't let me to sign up. The screen just stuck on the loading screen after submitting the login details. US probably started blocking the China's servers...

Love it. Extremely convenient. End of week I just export the invoice it makes for me and email it out. Saves me a bunch of hassle. Only things I can think of that I wish it could do: 1) Allow for "round to closest time" instead of only rounding up or down, or at least allow for manual changes in each entry; 2) Set minimum hours in an entry/a day for a client; 3) Set an invoice template for each client, so repetitive sections like terms/notes/invoice name&# don't require redoing every week.

I've been using this app for two years, I broke my phone and I'm trying to transfer this app data to another phone and it's not even accepting my email. Says no such email exists. That's not even possible, I can see my settings through my broken screen!

App Loses Invoices. Ive had to contact support various times and at first they were quick to respond. This particular time im going onto the second week of not being able to recover my invoice. After sending 3 emails detailed with my issue and my login info I just received an email asking for my login info. Not worth paying for.

Very good useful app once you figure it out, which doesn't take long. I love the clock in/clock out feature. Very easy! It's nice to see your hours for the week broken down by days so you an see how you're doing at a glance.
