This app is great, I've been using it everyday for 3 years. The two things I don't like, (not sure if it's because I no longer have an iPhone) I wasn't able to transfer all of my logs from one phone to the other and had to re purchase the app and start over. Second thing is, it no longer allows me to input scheduled breaks. Before, I was able to have them set at a particular time with each job, now I currently have to input my breaks with each daily log. Besides that, the app is great.
Good time tracker, but recently it doesn't update my time in my notifications bar on my phone like it used to, nor can I go on break using the notifications bar; I have to open the app to add a break and can only put in my starting time. My breaks vary in length, so I can't just put in an end time and be done. This is a total pain. I'd like to be able to just swipe down to see how long I've been on break, or on the clock in general, and to control all that from the notifications bar.
This app offers everything I have wanted in order to record the times I work. For example if I forget to start or stop the clock, I can manually adjust the start or stop time. I can add notes to each individual time period. My home page shows when the clock is on. The free version allows for 2 or 3 jobs. I haven't found anything I've wanted it to do, that isn't possible. I've used it on 3 different makes of phone & never had any bugs. It's straightforward, simple & does what I want. Brilliant
i gave it 4 stars but its in reality 3.75 stars. not a bad little app... there's a ton of room for optional features such as rounding every clock out to 5 minute intervals and such ( for some reason my company does 5 minute increments instead of 0.1 hour increments). i do like it but ill give it more stars as it evolves. the app is a bit stale though. dont see hardly any updates or serious design changes. I like the backup option and have found it very useful. all in all I'm happy with.
Two things the app desperately needs: the search function that makes it easy to find & quickly review, edit & reclassify entries on iOS & support for "match system theme" when in dark mode (the white background is blinding). The missing search function is a major detriment. Also seeing data loss if you don't check "done" before switching to another app. None of this has been improved since June of 2020.
I'm satisfied with the app, but I would love to see an export/import jobs (to back up customers). Currently the only way to currently accomplish this is through their cloud backup (a premium service for $2 a month) while I understand about revenue streams, this feels cheesy. I would have sooner paid a few bucks more for the app (and leave the cheese off). There are other features I could imagine that would be worth a premium fee.
My biggest annoyance with this app is that after selecting a start time for an entry or break, the end time does not automatically set to a value that is after the start time. This is made worse by having to select AM or PM, with no clear option to use more logical 24hr entry. The number of times I've had to go back to fix 0hr entries as a result is too many. Finding those invalid entries are also difficult.
It's a good app but I have 2 problems with it, the Overtime will not let you set 1.0 rate and won't project OT pay following month as most places pay or separate 2 jobs totals. Having 2 job titles at different rates it's tricky... The 21 entry limit for free edition is also short by 4 so anyone can use it for free... Still willing to upgrade if it gets other problems solved.
This is undoubtedly the most useful app on my phone. Love the geofencing and reminder features, and how intuitive it is overall. The interface is clean, easy to set up and navigate and all of the features are actually useful.
App works fairly well, but unfortunately, even after paying for the Pro Edition, you still cant do a backup unless you purchase a Cloud subscription. It would be very nice to be able to at the very least do a local backup. Am a little disappointed.
Great app, especially the IOS version. Super useful. Android version is missing a few useful features, ei automatic breaks, and is not nearly as user friendly. I was disappointed when I got an android phone. Please fix this; upgrade the android version, and I would definitely rate five stars.
I've been using this app for many years, first on iOS and then Android, I've used it over 3 or 4 phones. The last time I did a backup as I was resetting my phone, when I logged in the backup was lost. The app allows for 2 manual backups if you don't have a subscription, support can't find the backups and says if I had the paid subscription it would be there, surprise, manual backups are backed up. I lost my hours for the month of June.
I purchased the pro edition and it worked great, received the confirmation email and was good to go. Ive been using the app for almost a year. I purchased a new phone, tried to recover username/password using the email that the confirmation was sent to and they say they dont have record of my email... I've emailed them multiple times and Facebook messaged them and I get no help no response! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!IF ANYONE CAN HELP I'D APPRECIATE IT. I have many jobs and information saved in the app, and would have given 5 stars but I'm irritated I cant get in contact with anyone.
Very versatile, could use a few more things. I used this in the past as a contractor and it worked well. Now I have more things that I need. Like being able to define a specific overtime rate. Also being able to set rounding parameters that are specific. Then I would like to see a calculation breakdown with my export. Still very useful!
