House Flip

I'm downgrading from 5 to 3 stars. I liked the game just fine before the latest update. But the fact that now you're forcing players to take part into the ratings before being able to flip houses is quite unnerving. It was fine before, when you gave us the choice. Now you're taking that choice away. I don't want to spend all this time voting on other people's designs to unlock a key that basically just gives me the right to submit my own design before being able to sell the house.

I have been playing this game since 2018. I've been patiently waiting for obvious changes. It take WAY to long to get new tiles especially when you dealing with million dollar properties. I have been seeing the same appliances and colors for almost a year. In other words it has become way to boring to make myself sign in every day. The excitement Gone.

Ever since the most recent February 2022 update my game keeps crashing. I get to the loading screening & it always gets to 98% before an error screen pops up to say the sever bases are updating. I've checked my game and tried to figure out the error. Bit of a shame because up to this point I loved the game & poured hundreds of hours into it as a way of de-stressing. I was even in the midst of finishing my team tournament house too. I hope the game starts working for me again soon.

Fun to play. One down side is that it is super slow. I've been building the same house for like 5 months or longer. Putting a new roof on takes almost 15 hours.. I feel like they want you to dump money into buying hearts and buying things just to get past one level..or to make it faster... oh and you get rewards, you renovated the front door over 100x Great Work! here's one free paint color..boooooo!

good idea. takes too long to get enough contractors to do more jobs at once. game development is too slow. add some minigames and other things you can do while you wait for things. also very little design items. and poor graphics. pls work on it cool concept needs work still.

Unfortunately it's just not fun. I tried for a few days but it didn't get better. There's no actual designing. You can't pick colors or fabrics. You have 1 or 2 preset rooms that are auto populated and they're ugly. No actual designing. And the rooms take way too long to finish. All you do is click to set up these pre designed ugly rooms & wait hrs to "submit" the house. They want you to pay to speed it up. That's it. No fun involved. Skip this one.

Update: The game has been working again since the developer responded about the server crashing. This game is fun especially if you are into flipping houses. Game is fun and I enjoy the interaction that is involved with it as well. However, I have not been able to sign in to the game in over 24 hours. Says that there are server issues and to try again later.

I love this game in spite of the fact that it is nearly impossible to get new swatches. Now the game crashes every few minutes. That is extremely annoying.

Hatred game ever i opened this i have a intro and then it started asking my name I entered there and submit but the same screen appeared for last20 min i could not play further i checked network also but it still does not work Don't download this game. I don't even want to give 1 star😡

I wanted to update my review as a final review for this game because im done with this! I have been playing this game for a very long time and am very far in the game. I been through the horrible updates, the all the expenses the guys rip you off on, including the toolbox and most recent premium pass (that just isnt working) I have put much time and money into this game and with every update, it just gets worse or things dont work! I am finally uninstalling. Dont fix something that aint broken!

I love this game. I spend hours on it. You have different styles and colors to choose from... voting by comparison and competitions. Only complaint I wish the ability to obtain swatches is slim unless you want to pay. No mini games to play!

I was kind of liking this game, until it stopped working two days ago when the servers started updating. Seriously, how long is this supposed to take? I've never had a game kick me out for more than 3 hours for maintenance. It'll be 3 days, soon. Don't download it until this is fixed. I was SO CLOSE to spending real money, too. It also takes a long time to earn hearts, an in-game currency. Swatches and changeouts are expensive, and I'm getting bored of using the same designs in each home.

Love the game been playing since October. Never had any problems or issues with gameplay or lagging in the UK. It needs to be updated more regularly though, especially after the amount of money that gets spent on the app by myself and other regular players!!

DO NOT WASTE YOURE TIME ON THIS GAME! Would be a fun game if the "elbow grease" refilled or you had a way back to the main city screen to the building where you fill it at is. But no you have to BUY it with REAL money. HARD NO!! I get you need to make money but forcing people to make purchases in order to even play the game is ludicrous! UNINSTALLING!!!

I played this game since the start.. about 6 years. I used to enjoy it, but rewards are not equally given anymore. If you don't subscribe you have no chance of winning. You are paired with people that have the right rewards to move quickly. I just play now to get the daily rewards. New players will like it.. no loss of lives.. but sadly, I finally got over the game creators deciding what challenges better suit them.

Its fun but takes a long time to get items once you unlock certain cities. Plus you cant unlock Industrial,Coastal,Boho or Scandinavian designs without using hearts. Plus it's been updating for 2 days now.....

To the devs: I will not updating my rating. No one let players know anything. There should have been posts on social media, compensation packages offered, etc. No responded to any of my messages until after it was back online. Game is not loading. No updates on social media to let people know what's going on. I love the game, but there are some visual glitches. The mini-games are TERRIBLE. The paint mixing game is the worst and does not follow any rules of mixing colors.

I played this game all the time and spent WAY too much money for it to stop working. It is so much fun and I love it! Itwas working fine until i had to do an update and now when I try to open the app it says "our severs are updating please try again" I tried everything and don't know what to do. Please fix this or tell me how to get it to work.

It is a good game in general. I don't find it difficult to advance, nor do I find I would need to spend real money on it. It was really fun at first to design things, but now I find it repetitive. I've designed the same few houses over and over. My suggestion would be to create more design options (decor & paint colors especially). Maybe have it so we'd have to spend the in-game money on buying more options. I installed this game for the design feature, but it's quite boring after awhile now

While I have been enjoying the game thus far, I have noticed a few things that kinda ruin the experience. Somehow I keep losing connection to the server, and it restarts the game, sometimes making me lose progress. Also, my achievements aren't updating, so I'm out of hearts at an inconvenient time when in reality I should have more. These are really my only problems, regardless the game is adorable and extremely fun!

Fun little game so far. Right up my alley. Unfortunately it seems like there are still a few bugs to work out. I have a hard time getting windows to close, the "X" does not want to click. I tap around repeatedly in it's area to get it to go through. At one point I could not get the settings window too close so I had to restart the game. At the time that I restarted it I had a house up for sale. Before restarting the app the house, a farm house, was rated for "small family." When I relaunched the game it changed to "single." Can't wait for future updates. Edit: Every time I close the game while selling a house it reverts it to a "single" person home. Edit 2: There's a typo on the window where it gives you the option to list. It says "Offer appears every minutes" at the bottom.

The game concept is amazing, but the implementation is poor. Some aspects are fine, such as having multiple color options for the rooms and multiple types of homes to renovate. However, the color swatches frequently don't match the actual thing. Plus, having two main styles of staging is quite boring. Not only that, the profit calculator usually doesn't work. This is essential for the profit ladder. I don't even have the space for all of the problems in this game. It needs a serious update.

So far I love this game. Super addictive! But it is kinda disappointing when you work to get to the next city, and the houses are all identical still. The exteriors look really cool and different, and then you look inside and it's all the same as the last cities. And you have to decorate every house with the same stuff over and over with very minimal selection which gets monotonous. Otherwise I love the concept of the game

LOVE this game! I'm into interior design and everything and the controls and views is extremely easy. Game isn't too laggy, just perfect. It's just that the loading screen- it takes so long for the app to load. I know its a big application but seriously? We're counting decimals now? It took about 10 minutes for the loading screen to finish and then go to the ACTUAL game. Please make this a bit easier, thank you.

I want to like this, and mostly do, but have many of the same issues as other reviewers. While I definitely appreciate the ability to flip houses in multiple cities since the update, the loss of any way to speed up progress is very disappointing. Although I've got over $3M in capital and 5 contractors, I can't do more than one or two jobs at a time in the bigger cities due to constantly running out of elbow grease. I can buy all the greatest finishes but can't put them in due to elbow grease. Really? The video ads are at least working more often than not now, but when it takes 9 hours to put a bowl of fruit on a counter and hang a clock on a wall, this hardly helps. The game seems built to force you into either buying hearts with actual money to keep progress going (no thank you) or to simply stop playing. Waiting 3 hours to replay the terrible mini-game and almost always lose is also very frustrating. It would be nice if the mini-game had any level of skill involved instead of just being a randomized, almost-sure-to-lose, shot in the dark.

Really disappointed that the mini game was changed, and now we can't get a 2x speed or full rush on projects. Also, I'm on for about a minute then close out of the app because there is nothing to do. It was fun at first, but now I'm to Salt lake city and it's become very repetitive. I personally think the version before the update was better, and faster. Thank you for trying though, great concept but it still needs tweaking.

I quite like this game. I do wish that there were more color options, a way to choose where the furniture is placed, and more wood grain options. I find that I end up doing the same designs over a over, and although the designs are lovely it can feel a bit repetitious. It is very easy to speed up the design installments, as well as building the hearts and sweat equity, and the cash, which is quite nice. Relaxing game, decent graphics, I will continue to play.
