Useless!! Trying to purchase dress,shoes ect for a wedding and can't register for an account as it's been saying "error" for day's!! Can't join to can't purchase?? Waste of a week picking my items!!
Dishonest and missleading, 2 items were missing from my order, they refused to reimburse me The advert on website stated that every £50 spent you get £5 . I was never rewarded that either What do l think, low life dishonest and missleading Staff at the front house
The app. does what it's supposed to, & I use it regularly. The few niggles I have, don't discourage my use of it. I find it takes a few attempts to delete items from wishlist. If using in split screen, I usually needs to exit split screen & refresh page. This isn't just on one 'phone, so it seems like the app is the common denominator. I'd recommend it.
Frustrating App logs me out all the time whilst I'm using it. Very glitchy.

Can't view items in orders you have made in app or website, just their names... I had to log in to both, copy item name on website and search it in app to show what I have brought to someone. Same for confirmation email, just item names... No pictures. Its 2021 guys...
The need more improvement. Very slow and take time to load images. Quit the app for seconds force you to reopen the page. It doesn't keep you in the same page. Very weak app
I found this app a lot easier to use than the online site which was a nightmare at times. House of Fraser App makes navigating around the site to shop easier and quicker. My biggest gripe is the delivery charge. £4.99 to collect from a House of Fraser store! Come on now...! It should be FREE to collect from a HF store.
Very bad customer service they don't allow you to cancel an order even if it was only a few hours after you ordered it and it hadn't been processed, they make you wait months for a refund and still charge you £5 for delivery and they waste hours of your life trying to get help then they do nothing anyway
I've ordered in the past from House of Fraser & very happy with my purchases ,& the shipping, plus the whole experience, my boots were delivered today as well, I'm over the moon with these beautiful trendy boots,GREAT quality as well. Yes I will recommend my purchases & experience to my friends.
Trying to progress an order where i paid for next day delivery as item requored ASAP as birthday present. The order 24 hours later is still showing as processing - if the item is out of stock just advise and return my money! More frustraring is there is no way of speaking to customer services - By far worst online shopping experience ever!!
Easy to use and good filter system. It would be good if the dev team could come up with profiles in the app that is really just a pre-set filter. So i can click to search for me or my wife or children.
keeps crashing. when you refine it doesn't always give you the original selection. Going online instead of the app is no better. Then there is HoF terrible online service since the change of owner.
Just spent a few hours selecting tops and dresses to have a new wardrobe as I'm starting a new job next month, and just discovered none of the items were saved! Total waste of time...
Really bad you have to pay for delivery for online orders and then if you wanted to return you would also have to pay for that, and especially when it's not a cheap place to shop in the first place.. I think I'll stick to ASOS from now on!
Love shopping with the Frasers app. Gives a great product breakdown, saves your liked items. Only 1 fault is when you are looking at handbags if it were to include the sizes in cm or inches to give you a better idea on size rather than small, medium, large etc. Overall still give a 5 ⭐ as you only pay for quality and Frasers may be expensive to people which I totally understand however, my mother used to say " You only pay for quality not quantity". Well worth the value
I'm bedridden disabled and cannot physically 'go shopping'. There is always a wide selection of items, within my budget for me, and gifts for other people; Christmas shopping is a doddle!!!
Absolutely useless app, I cannot login even if I reset password. I'm deleting for good and never shopping in HoF ever. 0 customer service and a useless platform where customers can't get what they need = failed business. It used to be a pleasure shopping here but I guess that's gone I with the previous owners.
Great app easy to use
Only downloaded to register a recognition card I have in my hand. It's impossible. Just gives me a new number to replace a lost or stolen card. Doesnt give me an option to register a card picked up in store. I've given up.
We're so lucky to have an excellent department store that whilst it's been badly hit by closure temporarily along with every other store that we can still purchase superb quality goods online. Great store, excellent selection and very good prices Long may you continue
Just downloaded the app but keeps giving me an error that I cannot register. Then I try to continue as a guest but the button doesn't work. How can you have a non-functioning app as a company that sells luxury?
Great selection of quality brands. app is in turmoil and several core features dont work reliably, like brand finding, filtering
This company are absolutely useless, if I could give zero stars I would. Placed order for next day delivery, 3 days later still not received.They have no urgency whatsoever, AVOID at all cost.
used to go to H'O'F Edinburgh regularly , always appreciate the great brands and quality which i now do on-line which isn't the same but its easy to use and items arrive quickly...and still great brands for all..
I've been trying to add my points to my recognition card but to no avail. They didn't ask instore if I had a card and when I did realise that I didn't get my points I went back to the store only to be told that I have to add them online. I've gone online and there is nowhere to add my points I'm at my wits end because it's coming close to the 30 days to add them to my account. Not a happy customer.
