Really user friendly app, easy to navigate. Only that of late I no longer receive individual transaction message alerts or updates on sms and email as before. Kindly looking into that mgt. Otherwise I love it!.

Great app, but ever since I updated my phone, the app keeps crashing... I have deleted and downloaded it a number of times, but it has still failed. It's quite frustrating! Please fix the glitches, thanks.

The application is great and very easy to use thanks for the updates. 1. there is an issue with the "send mobile money" tab. When you select MTN it only allows to se d to only my number not any other number and its only airtel that can give alternative but still can't send to mtn others. 2. When you request for E-statement, it is not sent to the email.

The app works great. If you would please add a feature that populates the account names before transferring money to and from Mobile Money to avoid erroneous tranfers. Over all, very convenient app to you.

1. No transactions across banks. 2. Money is deducted from account even when transaction has not been completed. 3. If the registered number for account is airtel, sending mobile money to mtn is impossible. 4. App shows "failed transaction" even when money has been sent. This misleads users and causes them to send money multiple times. This leads to loss of money. Who pays for the cost of recovering that extra money sent?

This app has not worked on my phone for over a month. When i put my login details it brings a notification with no words. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changes.

Have failed to login. It keeps asking for the activation code

The app is good but a lot need to be improved like 1. If you open up HFB account using mtn number and you would like to send money to someone with MTN number ...the app doesn't provide option to enter another MTN number, it just provide Your Own number.. Please change that. 2. Add option to make transaction to other banks.

I cannot have any transaction effected. It doesnot accept the verified passcodes. Changing device calls for re-registration. Its too annoying!

Thank you for your continued innovation. Indeed you make it easy. In future upgrades, you may consider having records stored in the App like Bank Account numbers, Utility numbers e.t.c to avoid manual typping while making transactions.

Try to download the app but just downlding with out getting finish, what could be the problem. And imagine on wi-fi.

The app doesn't open up on Android 11. It only works on 11 and below u need to upgrade the app to be compatible to all higher Android version

Delayed transactions. Mobile money transcations, airtime including payment of utilities like TV takes very long to be initiated ; sometimes failing. This is so frustrating and annoying , please fix 👎🏽🤮

It's so bad app for sure,it stops every time and it's even annoying by not doing what you want exactly. I just want to delete it if the owner do not improve it

It is very wonderful and I have used it since e-banking started. I have enjoyed banking services with this app. I highly recommend it to anyone else who has interest in e-banking.

It's a great app. I hope for later if you could consider all requests without visiting the branch. I did not give five stars because i believe there's always room for improvement. Thank U HFB

Of all the mobile banking Apps I have ever used, this is the best so far. I can access my account at anytime I want to transact provided I have internet access. Thanks to HFB, you lead and others follow.

This app hasnt worked on my phone. Android 11, i have installed and uninstalled it a number of times, but it has totally failed.

Why this app can't open?...i have installed and uninstalled it several times but it has totally refused to work. You mean it doesn't work on android phones?

Can't log me in without prompting to change login pin, when changing it, it says "Your PIN is expired". I can't access anything!

Why happened, the new updates are unnecessary I want to be able to send money to another number directly from my account. Put that option back else I will end my relationship with the app or even the bank

I like it. Very easy and convenient to use. Just try to introduce the other services like EFT and RTGS

Great invention improve on the network and I think more needs to be done in line with proof of transactions apart from the mini statement.

The app is reliable and it has user friendly interface but user costs are high on transactions. Kindly revise the transaction charges

the app has been great...until when my Mi Note 5 upgraded from Android 8 to 9. Now it refuses to respond even after several uninstall and installations. Please advise

All services at hfb are exceptional. I began my journey at the branch in Namuwongo. Customer care was good. They are always helpful even if you simply go for inquiries. No turning back for me and my family

Its a good app. The only challenge is that it never sends statements to the registered email.
