There really isn't a time this app works properly. It's just issue after issue. The app is completely unresponsive and doesnt allow you to search for properties....when I click buy it doesn't work and then suddenly opens the rent option.
The UI was meant to be great but the UX is extremely poor. The app is very buggy... nothing clicks at once and sometimes the back button just closes the app and doesn't let you go back. There are numerous similar instances of clicking bugs which makes the entire experience of using the app quite painful.
Haven't been able to use premium after purchasing it. Have raised several request already and the customer support reverts are extremely slow. Have lost on few good listing because of problems at your end. The problem was resolved after 4-5 days and it again arose after few hours. Can't use premium anymore again. Why take money if you can't cater to what you guys promise. Worst experience I've had in recent times!
I have saved some of properties but when I opened the app after some time it asked me to signin again and when I logged in again all my saved data just gone. This is happening to me many times. Dev guys plz fix this bug. This is really very annoying for end user... Really really bad experience while using this app.
The app rarely works in my mobile. Tried reinstalling the app multiple times, no use. Everytime i click on the notification i get from this app, it launches the app, loads for a while and says "something went wrong please try again" all the time.
Initially I loved everything about the app. But when you call the care takers you get to know that the prices are no where near what is shown in the app. Highly disappointed, i just wasted a lot of my time. If i knew, it would be like this i would have never used this.
The last update messed everything up. I had saved a few potential places/properties but since the last update all my saved places are gone. Why would release such an update ?? How would anyone save their property/places preferences ?
Worst property app. Not user friendly and tricks us badly. I paid for the incorrect listing and asked them to refund the amount so that I can upgrade for the correct listing. They didn't respond to any of my questions properly and cut my call. Very very deceptive and absolutely no professionalism.
Had been using this app for quite sometime but seems the UI has become slow and choppy from last few weeks. This was my first choice app as far as searching properties but i suppose i would have to differ now.Please work on its UI.
Property shown are mostly sell and people don't pick the call or number is switched off.Sometime if they pick up they said my property is at other place,some say you need to pay me for showing the property, sometime they don't pick the call.Mostly sell property are shown on list. Buying flat the actual amount shown is far more than the real amount.
The app is painfully slow to load even a single listing. And i've just been using this app since 2 days with a lot of room on my phone. Takes me back to late 2000s when each click asked for some loading time.
Very bad experience, they're not showing what I am interested in but what they want to sell even if it's 100kms apart from your search criteria. Half the listings are bogus , do not call back or try sell you something different.
This app is just fraud.. nothing showing in the app is available and agents are just making fool of us..they won't show a single flat in the app and just show some random old flats in a very weird area..i completely lost trust and I am frustrated.
This app is just filled with notifications, takes a lot of time to load the listings and details screens. Just too buggy application mostly displays blank screen.
- No home screen button, you always has to re launch the app - Saved Properties being disappeared automatically even if that's not rented out - no notifications for any shortlisted property rents out. - lots of outdated properties - No proper customer support
The app works great but after contacting owners/agents, I found that all the listed properties are already rented out. The app should show the current property status, to avoid wastage of user's time.
Go for 99acres or olx you will find jenuvin proparties with a far better serching experience. Otherwise It's better you go to the place and find a house rather than serching in this application. This app is just a waste of time and energy. Every flat is under exclusive property and need subscription to access the details, this is just another time wasting app .
very bad. for single photo upload takes hours & hours of time.we cannot select any proper city or Amount as per our requirement or as per asset value or as per our choice. i am feeling very complicated when whenever i am trying to publish my ad. pls try to change this policy & make easy & secure to operate the things as per customers requirement.
The UI is pathetic. It takes almost 5 minutes just to upload 1 photograph. Infact, sometimes, even after waiting for 10 minutes, I couldn't upload photos and consequently not able to post my ad.
Horrible experience .. I paid amount for rental agreement . They processed the document but iam unable to sign digital document.. Customer support is worst.. We get callback immediately for registring premium membership not for problem solving..
Overall app is good, even UI looks smooth but touch response is worst, it takes around 3 to 5 seconds to scroll or open images of building, please look into it.
All flats are under brokers so even if you purchase premium package there is no benefit as no owners are there to contact. In tenants preferred, bachelors allowed is mentioned but on calling they simply say no for bachelors. Total waste of money and time. They don't even remove the flats that are long gone for months which again waste your time.
Not too great. While property posting is easy, either housing does not care or is not aware you typically end up getting contacted by people who don't even have a genuine email. So you end up consuming all your leads which are probably bots or worse and then the app starts pushing you for their premium plans. Moreover be careful with photos - I can see that photos ehich have not been uploaded by me are tagged to my listing. Would have given lower rating if possible.
