- Tenant Tracking:Manage tenants and their lease terms. Track how much rent is owed by each tenant, when tenants are late on rent, and when lease agreements are ending.
- Accounting:Manually add transactions for rent payments, bills, etc..., setup recurring transactions, or import your transactions automatically. Enable double-entry accounting mode and input all accounts affected in a transaction. Reconcile accounts against statements.
- Task Management:Add to-do lists to track tasks you need to complete on your rentals, such as finding a tenant for a unit that will soon be vacant or fixing a leak in a roof. Assign tasks to vendors and invite them to login to Housters and view/update the tasks assigned to them.
- Financial Performance:View key performance metrics for each of your properties, such as gross income, operating costs, net operating income, cash gain, and cash on cash invested.
- Alerts:Alerts will be generated when tenants are late on rent, lease agreements are ending, task deadlines are approaching, and more. These alerts can be delivered to your email or you can just view them on the Housters dashboard.
- Documents:Upload rental documents to Housters, such as lease agreements or 3 day notices, and then pull them up on your phone for quick and easy reference.
- Tenant Interaction:Invite tenants to join Housters, which gives them the ability to view how much rent they owe, make online rent payments to you, submit service/repair requests, contact you, and view their lease agreement.
- International Support:Add properties for any country. Customize your date format, currency format, and financial year start date.

Looked at several apps. Housters very comprehensive and does most of what I am looking for. Please find a way to partition expenses across units in an HMO. Expense allocation is still manual.
Good app but i can feel presence of some major bugs. i cant see service request name on requests list. i can only see a radio button with blank description. i can provide attachment if needed. please fix this.

The redesign is beautiful and easy to look at. I would love to see it continued to the rest of the app. Anyways, it's a fantastic service for a low price that keeps getting better. Thank you very much!! Oh please add in the sign date of the mortgage contract into the mortgages equation. Interest starts on the date not first payment EDIT: Mar 13, 2021 The app isn't the easiest to learn or the most intuitive. There are also some weird features that aren't customizable or adjustable.
Overall very comprehensive for landlords. The UI has some bugs, and it doesn't feel like an Android app in several ways, likely due to the use of a cross platform toolkit. I would suggest they polish it a bit. But that said, I'm being picky, and the functionality I need is there so think I'll be using this service to manage my three properties. One thing they really should fix: entering numbers in some fields requires you to type, delete everything, then start over. Pretty annoying but it's not every field.

Great app that works better than most that i have used. Easily shows you outstanding rent or deposits on dashboard. You need a degree in mathematics to work out the mortgage payments part but even without it this is the best I have seen and I have tried a few. An option to text/email tennant on due date would be useful.
After trying alot of apps. This ones perfect. Its pricey but its worth it. Please add PKR(pak ruppees) in curreny. As i have to do accounts in this currency.
Fully functional property management app
I had lots of questions they responded quickly. More info use the more I am liking this app.
$5 / month for first 5 units + $1 / month for additional ones. I only have one unit, so feels like I'm getting the sharp end.
Tried all the other rental management apps and this one beat all of them easily. It has a very pleasant and easy to use interface. After a three month free trial trial they do charge a $1 per property monthly fee with a $5 minimum which is more than fair in my opinion. I can't recommend this app highly enough!
I own multiple properties and this app has been a huge help and personal assistant. The only thing is that the interface needs to integrate more with device/cloud calendar and a much simpler interface.
This app is really good... It didn't completely cover my needs but it managed to cover most of them. An offline mode is a must however for it to become a truly great app
