This is good for basic banking, and transfers. It is somewhat lacking in the credit card management area. I have never been able to view my credit card information on the app I always get an error msg.
This mobile banking app saves me so much time. I can check balances, deposits, and withdraw's really quick and so easy. Make payments, transfer's, and so many other regular banking transactions without leaving my home. I truly love it.
Update: App finally works again on the OnePlus 6 after the lastest update. I've updated the rating to 3 stars from 1. O.P.- Please update app to work with Android Pie on the OnePlus 6. I enjoy banking with HPCU, however, after a phone software update this app has stopped working. None of my other banking apps have suffered from this issue after the update. Once/If the app begins to work, I will revisit my review.
can't log on, I get no internet connection. Every other app works fine. I can log on with my I-phone but not my Samsung Android. Deleted and reinstalled still not working.
Good app, but can't access credit card account. You have to login on a desktop for that.
Easy use with most of the needed features. To give it a 5 start the app needs to be able use the fingerprint authorization feature to log on
HPCU app is very easy to use and incredibly convenient when I need to view or transfer funds.
Convenient for sure. Don't like the fingerprint & password combo. Why have both?

I like the instant balance feature and the immediate transfers from acct to acct. even internal or other institutions

I have never had a problem with app beside uploading checks other then that it has been on point for me...
it is pretty user friendly. I just wish there were more options on the app but I only need it for what it does at the moment.

Update: App works now Update: App doesn't work anymore one plus 6T. Dont have issues with any other apps. Only this one doesn't work. The app is okay! They need to add the ability for you to view your credit card transaction history. I went to the bank thinking I must have been doing something wrong. But the teller told me I was correct. At this time you cant view your Credit Card transactions with this app. Well it's almost 2019! doesn't every bank allow you to do that already.
