On a Galaxy S20 Ultra. I cannot log in to access my tickets. (Internet appears to be offline) when I try to sign in, yet my internet works perfectly fine on other applications. I have season tickets, and I'm pumped for the first pre-season game. Let's get this fixed asap please.
This app needs troubleshooting regarding the Payment Method when trying to sell the tickets. It never, EVER works!!!! We have been trying since the 2021 season began! Even called customer service but the issue remains!
The new app update won't let us sell our tickets. I guess they don't want the stadium full of Pats fans since we crossed a new milestone last week in a VERY bad way. They KNOW there is a fire sell on these tickets and they don't want the arena filled with the wrong fans. They probably figured an "empty" arena is better. The front office is behind this app manipulation trash and the fans KNOW!!!
App radio does not work, I'm sitting in downtown Houston I hit the radio icon, select game audio and it tells me "Radio unavailable, the radio stream is only available in the local home market" but I guess for the Houston Texans that doesn't include downtown Houston.
With latest update, I'm unable to Save a ticket price when managing my tickets. This need fixing. Also, app keeps crashing.
App is terrible, downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy Z fold 2 and it doesn't work....removed/reinstalled.... still doesnt work... So I have $6000 in season tickets and parking and can't use them cuz the app is messed up?
cannot get the update done even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Beyond frustrating since that's my only way to watch the games in Oregon.
This App was great till this year, here in Dallas I used it as a life line to keep updated with my Team. Houston is hometown for me & keeping in touch with App folks to get issues corrected so I can go back to 5Star vote.
They need to understand that there are Texans fans in other cities and states. I used to get the radio live broadcast on the app. Now it's gone because I'm in the wrong region. Very disappointed.
this app will not properly install on my Samsung tablet keeps saying update is required but when update now is hit app opens Google store and just sits there. if I hit not now app closes. its worthless.
I have downloaded, uninstalled, downloaded and have not been able to open it !!!! I have been a season ticket holder since day one and this is B.S.🤔
I'm a long-haul truck driver AND huge Texans fan... Wish I could hear games or even better see them when I'm on the road. But I usually miss them because I'm not in the right region
The app stopped working and said it needed to be updated during the middle of the first pre season game!!! There is no way to update the app!!!!
The app downloaded on my mobile phone but it will not open at all. Ive un-installed and re-installed several times. Still wont open.
Listening to the pregame with zero issues today. Now that the game has started, I get absolutely nothing over the radio through the app.
I have loved this app for over 12 years, since moving to St Louis, from Houston in '06. It has kept me "in the loop" Texans-wise in what is a baseball (now hockey) stronghold.
This is the only choice we were given for season tickets. The app stops working. It won't let me sell tickets. What a wat to treat your best customers.
This app is terrible. I constantly have errors that do not allow me to list my tickets for sale. If I finally do get them listed, it will have an error that keeps me from changing the price or selecting my bank account to have money deposited to if the tickets are sold. For what I pay to be a season ticket holder, this app is a huge disappointment and makes me think I should not renew my tickets next year. What a waste....
