The results are great. It just takes 45 min to and hour to process and you can not use your phone during that time frame. You must keep the app up until complete. Very big inconvenience.

Does not allow you to delete pictures. You have to start all over again. Also, it does not merge woth other vendors so when getting price quotes you have to keep taking pictures for each vendore separately. They should be able to retrieve your pics. I gave it a 2-stars because once you succeed, it looks nice.

It first failed do to trees an bushes in the way but about 24 hours later, I finished. I assume there was some human intervention on the insurance side. Probably over laying all the edges and corners.

Great idea. Poor execution. Said no internet when phone does on other apps. Also has problems with houses in confined areas.

I couldn't create an account. I was good on the password requirements (all 3) and checked ok with legal stuff but the button to create account was grey and inactive

So far it's working awesome takes a little time for evaluation and out of two properties iv gotten 1 but could have been because of poor lighting

This is badass! Was not expecting it to be so cool. Just took a bunch of photos and bam 3dmodel!

Makes my job easier with the measurements and drawings. It pretty much does everything u want it to do. Uploads ur pix from a swipe or touch of ur finger.

This app has been absolutely amazing! The measurements have been spot on, which helps to eliminate waste and creates a greater profit on the job. Best of all, its functions and features assist me in closing deals with homeowners, using the highest level of professionalism. Once you capture your photos, the turn around is very quick. This is a tool everyone should have!

The first property I was doing with hover has so many trees and some privacy fences and some vehicles in the way so that I thought sure there was no way the capture was going to work. Not one of the eight pictures I took where the weather supposed to be, including one complete wall from corner to corner or two walls at a corner. It took all night before I got it back but it came out perfect and I was blown away! Thanks so much to whatever geniuses put this together!

It would not upload pictures. I would get error upload failed. I have no issues with phone or internet or cell service. I tried 3 times. Once Wi-Fi only, once cell only, once it was mixed. I give up. What a waste of my time since I had to retake the pictures three times. Also, it seems someone can't do math because how can file upload be @ 257% . 100% means it is done!

Hover is a great service, but the app crashes constantly and is very slow. My app opens, hangs on the main menu while the photos load, and then stays open for about 15 seconds without responding to button clicks, then crashes. I've sent in several bug reports and spoken with Hover support, who is happy to upload my images manually but can't speak on whether a bug fix is in the works or if this is a common issue. I wish the app would work because I really like Hover otherwise.

Great 3D rendering but very difficult to do anything with it. Cumbersome- lots of clicks and scrolling to effect changes. Limited to certain brands of material. Extremely limited paint color options. it works ok as an idea sandbox but to be a worthwhile tool it needs lots of enhancements. id start with a clipboard option: memory of what new feature you are applying so you dont have to reselect for every surface. then add custom colors, etc. needs work.

I tried to use and it it has been over 2 weeks and there is a pop up message about current storms affecting processing times. I sent in pictures and I never received the rendered 3d model. Edit 5/12: I talked to support and they got things squared away, were polite and answered all my questions. I do wish the model worked better with windows and doors but it seems good for siding and roofing.

The app works relatively well but it wasn't though out well enough. The app has problems when houses are close together and you're unable to take the proper photos. Also I HATE that I have to have this app on my phone to work, I don't trust their security. And for the training meeting they use xoom, who is notorious for security issues. I just don't trust them. Edit: I don't need help taking photos with my phone, you need help with security and intuitive design. Avoid app at all costs.

Horrible app... if you so happen to have ANY bushes or trees around your home, it will not take the REQUIRED pics needed by our insurance companies when demanded. So if you have a tree nearby in blocking view of any side of your home, good luck on this app. Also, once if somehow you do get photos added. It is impossible to add more photos of possible additional damage located AFTER you complete your original loaded pics. Cannot add any more AFTER the fact. Doesnt even give you the option.

You CAN undo changes. You have to scroll along the bottom for more options... there you'll find "reset". 4 stars because you can't upload photos you already have.

One of the most useful applications on the market. This program has the ability to give you all exterior measurements of a structure/ building down to the inch. I use this program on a daily basis to generate estimates for homeowners. Its always accurate and make the experience seamlessly for both partys. 8 easy pics and you have your self a 3d model you can add new products to roofing, siding, trim, stone, etc. its truly a game changer.

I am not sure if Hover can take the area of a room inside the house with the Ceiling photos Only to get the corners, when the floor corners are not visible due to obstructions/things stored.

Fantastic product, has saved me countless hours specifically on larger commercial properties

The app is super hard to get the photos right eagle view and geiomni are way better especially if this is for a work application. You can't get far enough back in today's modern lot size to get the requested photos without going into the neighbors yard and standing on ladder's it is inferior software at best. And it is a super progressive company so you can't call anyone.

This app is a phenomenal tool for anyone in home repair sales. The measurements come back in a timely manner, and the support staff is very helpful with any problems you may encounter. I have found this tool to be invaluable when pitching repairs to potential customers. They are very impressed when you show them a 3D model of their home with all the dimensions. Great work, Hover team!!

Garbage! I got 3 pictures to process and now no more will.

This app has been great up until the most recent update. Now, anytime I try to open the PDF of any previous measurements, I get an error stating that there was an "unexpected error", no internet connection." That message happens if I am on wifi or if I have full bars. Please fix.

Failed to finish capture. App requested reference measurements but provided no guidance on how to make them. No clarification found in FAQs. Also, App failed to deliver photos for my computer when requested.

Doesn't work... Wasted an hour taking pictures that never uploaded properly. Then couldn't delete failed uploads or my account. Dont waste your time. Product needs a lot of work.

Awesome app. Customer service is excellent. especially Clayton. Any issues I had, usually operator error, we're always adressed quickly and very professionally. It's good to talk to someone in person instead of going to computer prompts to fix an issue.

It is a little confusion on how to get the data. I had to log onto a computer to sign up with a credit card and download files. Once I did that, it was amazing the amount of data. I have not checked all dimensions but the worst I found was less than 3" from actual morw than enough for job estimating. Much better than I expected. Thank you, ZERO complaints.
