been paying $5 a month for a broken app for over a year. basically just to support #hotsaucerman. apparently now it's all on stitcher premium. so idk why this still exists besides to be confusing and take my $
Buggy as an Insect Hell.
I wanted an app that allowed me to keep tabs on Earwolf's podcasts without having to subscribe to a hundred different podcasts. It delivered. Sure, it had a few bugs, but it was workable. Since joining with Stitcher, they seem to have decided to not deal with bugs and instead make Howl even less pleasant to use. However, Stitcher does not provide what I want (I already have a general podcast app. I just want to keep tabs on Earwolf network podcasts), so I will stick with Howl until they let it decay to the point of absolute inoperability. Update: only getting buggier, but I'm still not using Stitcher.
Terrible and clunky app. Fails to download episodes as soon as your phone locks. Kicks you out of the app when trying to download premium episodes despite paying for a monthly subscription for premium content. Stetcher app is even worse with many of these similar issues as well not updating any episodes despite repeated attempts to refresh.
Go straight to hell. This is a garbage way of monetizing your offerings. It hurts listeners, it puts providers in a corporate vice which stifles freedom, and it's just scummy. @$&# you earwolf for your shameful greed. I would rather that your company die, therefore bringing down podcasts that I love rather than give you one thin dime. Go @$&# yourselves. You make me sick.
Not a great UI but at least it's not Stitcher. My biggest complaint is the frequent pop-ups imploring me to install Stitcher. Anything but Stitcher.
Paid subscription that refuses to stream or download any of the content you're paying for. Only displays error messages and ads for a second, actual working, subscription service.
Used on an apple phone for 6 months: no problem. Just got for my Galaxy... stops playing after 60 seconds until reboot the whole thing and then does it again. Very disappointed.
It quits playing randomly. Even when it's the only app running on my phone and my device is just sitting there. It's very frustrating.
Love howl, but this app is complete garbage. Paying money to introduce a friend to the classic CBB episodes and nothing works. Just a total joke.
Awesome content. Terrible player. Especially when. You are listening will do other things on your phone.
Why the ever loving funk would you pay for a monthly service that doesn't even work? Can't download, won't play, and why are you giving me unedited content?! I don't want 6 hours of a show, I want an hour, maybe. Garbage app/company holding podcasts hostage behind paywall.

Love earwolf but this app is pretty awful. Sometimes it won't let me download anything other times it functions properly.
Installs, but all the searches return nothing. Can't find podcasts
This app doesn't work at all.
Hangs on 'Loading', when signing in or creating account.
Can't download anything, some episodes don't play. Terrible.
Who ever is running the app needs to fix it. Neither the app isn't up to date and half the podcasts that are free don't work.
