This is best futures app than HP smart app. Please continue and update this app. HP Smart app is not supported for print through printer email address. There can not add printer e mail address. But we have an option to add printer e mail addres in HP ePrint app. But recently I try to add printer e mail address, but there are coming error & oops.. please solve it. (Printer address is correct)
Does not work well. It used to show an image of the items you were printing, now it doesn't. If there is multiple pages, it takes letters out and congregates them at the bottom of the first page. Prints half of the second page and then quits.
love getting ink cartridges in the mail before my ink runs out. This feature saves me lots of money on ink cartridges. the printer is inexpensive has all the features you want the only problem I have is I don't like the scanner choices for saving documents.
Orig plugin ctrd output, making lots of resize paper waste. Would like margin adjust and 'pop to margin' instead of (less reliable) 'move'. Thx. HP cust for many yrs. Duplex has never worked.
I'm being forced to use the cloud service before printing now. And I went through to activate but the activation email is never sent! How am I supposed to print now? It worked fine before the forced document pre scan. Stop forcing me to use the cloud if activation isn't going to work!
Might ought to keep this app, the HPsmart app isn't compatible for the envy 5530 series or the newer and older phones. It will redirect us to the HP smart app but there's no download button for it. I hope you have something in mind if you delete this one for our phones, mine is Samsung note 4.
Does not work on my Samsung tablet. If it does manage to send something to the printer it send out a blank page. Nothing I do changes that, will be uninstalling
This is the only app that works with my HP printer! HP smart is for wifi access and I print through a hotspot. Please! For my sanity, don't retire this app!!!
Perfectly working , it is the best alternetive of HP Smart app which is not working on newer android versions,BUT this app worked very easily and most smoothly with great editing features. Why its last its best app.
Still force closing constantly Doesnt appear to be compatible with Android 10. Keeps force closing. Please fix.

I have the app on my old phone. I really like being able to print. Been very helpful. But for some reason it won't work on my new phone. Not sure why.
loved this app. it worked well. now replaced by HP Smart which doesn't work. such a waste of a great app
cant use my mfp126nw by motorola one power it shows that printer is offline.but i already connected to the printer from network. please give an update

Terrible app. It kept downloading all items to its cloud and it would not let me preview ever.
Im using this for more than 5 years . This app works perfectly till now . No flaws no bugs. I wonder why this app has to retire .

Printer doesn't work in wireless. The hp doesn't sent code to email.

An excellent and simple app. Contains the basic print editing features (double-sided printing, draft/quality output, paper size/type, etc). The only aspect that is limiting is it seems to only print PDF. I would definitely recommend this easy-to-use app.
