Seems Good!!! Only issue is, no way to update Email Id as after booking through this app no message is sent to registered mobile number and sent only to email id. Also as there is no option to raise complaint, I won't risk online payment via it. Well that's not an issue as I prefer Cash On Delivery mode always. Also I guess the toll free number may help in that case.

Installed the app yesterday and from then onwards, it just shows same message even before login - "server not responding. Please retry". Tried multiple times even today, but same error. What is the use of this app which doesnt even allow user to login. Even if it allows, i doubt whether it works fine after that. Worst app ever

Hardly works, most of the time it buffers while launching the app to book a refill. Alot of tech glitches. I do have screen video and screen shot to share but no option to attach file over here. Also, online payment gets stuck, has occurred 2 times previously.

Not even able to sign up. It keeps showing as 'Loading data' and then ends with error on connection (but my connection is super good). I don't know which connection it means, to server OR to mobile (my mobile connection of good, all the other apps work seamlessly). Kindly fix this and help me to use your app.

Trying to sign in with the registered number but not accepting. This app should be given 0 rating. While searching on internet about this app to proceed further after installation, so there are 2 steps missing in between the window showing immediately after installation. This app is not at all user-friendly. They should understand the emergency of the situation. Very bad experience.

Really bad app. Not able to login with my phone number. It is stuck on login/signup page. No matter what it won't take you to other page. Even if you click on reset password it will ay the same thing tha your number is not registered. I have tried all the mobile nos in my house to verify. Such a big company can't even run an app which is shameful. Disappointed.

Worst app I have ever used in my life. I have been trying to do online booking and payment for last 4 months; but it always gets stuck at payment screen. The message displays try after half hour, but it stays there forever. I suggest HP to remove this pathetic app, so customers' time would be saved.

Bad experience. After installing it asks for email id or phone number and shows single button to login/register but after entering any no. It shows not a registered no.!!!! If it's not registered no./email than where is the option to register/sign up bods??? So illogical..

Why take days to correct server not responding error. fix it ommediately on top priority basis. Did not developer seized of this matter. ivrs not working with some peculiar sound One cannot even open the app. Has the problem solved. Now, i could not log on to app with my reset password. Very pathetic app. Login hardly works. Most of the time it even does not display an error if something is worng after entering username. If you manage to login into the app, then you must consider yourself a luckiest person on this planet. It is even not worth 1 start. How come they dont even bother to have regular sanity checks on the app.

Worst app ever. None of the functionality works. Doesn't use encryption. Not safe for online payment. Never pay online. I did once for refill, simply got messages that its delivered. Worst customer support, they don't even care if I already paid it online but delivery boy didn't deliver. HP is worst from service perspective. Full of scams.

WORST APP.. First it took hell lot of time to install this app and then finally I was able to login and did online booking for cylinder it was reflecting in history for 2 days then it disappeared and when I contacted Agency they can't see my order.. I payed online and lost my money and not able to get refund as well.. now had to book cylinder again..

Payment integration is not tested well. It's not recognising Amex cards. For UPI transaction, after transaction still it shows in progress and in background mails are sent but screen is freezed. Team should fix these issues.

Pathetic app experience. - Feels like an app from early 2000. - No proper payment portal integration. If it fails you gotta wait 30 min to do it again like it used to be when online payment just started - UPI integration is even worse as it will more often than not give you an error and you then gotta wait 30 min to retry - Try rating the distributors, it'll give you an error Its time govt. companies go away as their working n experiences are so outdated that one can only get frustrated by it

I am just written on review behalf of that app service ,all option were worked fine since 7 days there was big error on that server is not responding people are not be able to login when we open that app it showed server not responding if you are not fixed that error it will be big lose of hp gas.yes there is one more option to do same as web link what but that is very easy and convinnent fast.

Why don't you give details of the Cash paid during delivery & subsidy transferred to bank account for a particular booking? This should be a basic important component of this app. What kept you from implementing it? Even your website only gives cash memo number & the subsidy transferred but does not mention how much cash was paid during delivery. I hope this detail is not intentionally obfuscated. If not, then it is about high time you implement it in the app & website. Thanks.

The app is good and new updates are also awesome. But i am not been able to rate my distributor and also not been able to set the delivery time. Always gets an error. Kindly solve this. This results giving 3 star rather than 5.

Very bad app. At the time of payment through upi transaction failed. It showing transact after half an hour. But after three hours not able to book gas cylinder. It blocked booking and not able to book, gas cylinder. Very poor app and no support service or customer care service available. I will never use this app again.

It is simplifying booking process compare to IVR and other ways. But sometimes app used to "Server not responding, Please try again.". Also if there is a feature to notify customer that cylinder is out for delivery then it will be very helpful.

The app has very old interface and looks very old too. There is no option to update or link aadhar card with the account so the subsidy can be transferred to bank account directly. Please look into adding new features and updating user interface.

Frustratingly disgusting app. First of all, while making online payment it tells, enter valid card no even though the card no entered is valid & fully operative, next, when somehow the payment is done through BHIM UPI, the app refuses to open, & keeps on showing server problem. Would have given a zero star, had it been possible.

The app is not of much use, you may only book for cylinder refill and make online payment. History of cylinder booked, payments made, subsidy details are not available or blank. Also no option to raise complaint. Profile info also incomplete, one screen shows that Aadhar & Bank details updated, another screen shows not updated... App needs serious improvement.

This doesn't deserve one star too. I have installed the app on 5th September 2021 and trying to get a new connection since then. But everytime I open the App I got only one message 'Server is not responding. Try later'. Even the Distributors are no help at all.

Everytime I try to register, it sends OTP after long time and by then its already expired. .one can never register that way. . Their ivr only speaks regional language by default. Can't change that either. Not a good experience overall. .

Using this is really horrible. Its worth zero star. If we book cylinder and then try to make payment using Google pay, then Google pay doesn't directly appear. We'll have to struggle to find the upi id and the make the payment. After the payment is made the same doesn't reflects in the app. This stupid app is not properly tested. For name sake they have made an App.

Very slow and poor app. Email confirmation and OTP in the registered mobile number is not received even after booking refill from the app. The price of the refill is not displayed at the time of booking. The number of subsidized refills booked and the remaining number of subsidized refills during the financial year is also not displayed at the time of booking of new refill. Kindly look into this and initiate immediate remedial measures accordingly.
