Does not display my latest status. Shows my printer is still printing a job that finished printing 3 days ago. Does not show me accurately what exactly is happening, correct ink levels or real time job status. Functionality is poor at best. Even so this app is pretty useless. It could be a much more useful tool. But it's completely limited to viewing a status only. Would be nice if you had real time access to your printer's front panel. Now that would be useful
I connected just fine with the QR code. But I never get notifications. And the only way to refresh is to reselect my printer in the drop down menu. Notifications are delayed or non existent. Time stamp is wrong. The iPhone version of this app is great. I wish HP would do the same for this one.
Pretty disappointing app. At this point it hasn't updated in 10 months. I'm not taking about HP updates to the app, I mean the app actually functioning and showing my printers' status. It's non-functional.
Very unreliable. I now have a "No internet connection" when in fact I do. Printer updates are unreliable. Now app keeps crashing when opening. Now the app won't open! Just keeps quitting when opening. Now it does not open! Crashes when opening.
Not a great app. Hp can do better. Hasnt updated my statistics in 2 days! Hard to get qr code to work, but you gotta go to help to scan the right one. Its not the one on the sticker but in the computer. Really disappointed in a san diego based office messing up so bad....i called to get help, but they closed my case before contacting me back. Salesman used this app as a selling tool also, what a scammer.
Randomly drops, no way to refresh or close app except force stop in settings. Needs to supply all info on current job , like time to.complete, material levels. HP didn't work very hard on this app.

Garbage, another hp product with no install or setup instructions dont waste your time. Pathetic.
Crashes when scanning qr like it has for the past few months. Very poor effort, HP have been dropping the ball a lot lately regarding wide format printers.

Should have a option to clean printheads. So my printer is ready to run when I get into work. Otherwise a very helpful app
It won't even open. As big as hp is they should be able to fix it. I guess the bigger the company the less they care about the little guys.
This app used to be fantastic! Now it won't even open. I try to open, but the app just doesn't work anymore. I tried re-installing the app, but that didn't work either. Please fix!!
When i initially installed it, it worked great. Recently it has not been updating job status, or ink and substrates used. Meaning my monthly reports will be useless. I have uninstalled and installed again and still not working. Please advise on how to fix this issue
Excellent and works accurately but should include viewing intermediate tanks and time left for prints or progress.
Useless app. For me at least it's has never worked/synced. I decided to give us another go yesterday. It crashes more often than a taxi driver. Time to forget about it for a few months, come back to it and see if it ever gets fixed. Either or will work or I'll uninstall it and give up. How is it that a multinational company can push out such a worthless piece of software?
