Getting"system error, try after sometime". Also UI feels dated & not user-friendly. You should have work on UI, thats the essence of a good app which lead to great user experience. Reader since "scope" , first time subscribed for digital issue & can not read it, not a good sign for users. Update: login done, but almost 4/10 time same error comes. So can't read whenever i want. Feeling very bad & not reading even after paying for my fav magazine. I don't think making an app for a magazine is

The app is smooth and interface is excellent. However, the biggest disadvantage is lack of bookmarking. When you open the app, you have to manually locate the last read location. Also, when you switch to the night mode, the page automatically takes you to the top, which is quite annoying. Since Safari is a science magazine, such kind of glitch is a letdown.

The app is good - 4 star. I have two problems. If any of them is solved in future updates then I'll increase my rating. 1 - I can only see last 4-5 issues. In web version, I was able to access every past issue. Can HP confirm whether it's permanent or are you in the process of moving the content? 2 - The app and the website is heavy loading. Some of the navigation is not clear. For an early version, it's not a problem. Please make it feel sleek like an e-reader app.

I am reading Safari from past. But later English version was discontinued. When I saw digital edition in english is now available, I subscribed on the same day as I was missing this magazine badly. I have 2 suggestion for the app: 1) Add dictionary function. 2) As this is digital edition, please add videos or video links (as much as possible) related to articles. Thanks for bringing back English edition.

When first time they moved to this app, I lost access to all previous issues and after the recent upgrade I cannot see again previously downloaded issues. Not sure if develop team even thinking about user experience while upgrading the app. Also support section of their website does not work. update: after some email exchange with support group, I can view issues from last renewal. I was informed that issues from previous year should appear once they process it gradually. Hope to see that soon.

I am huge fan of SAFARI & its follower since 8 yrs.now i have digital subscription. My main complaint is it releases its digital version 15-20 days late then paperback version every month. Android applications didn't open with some network specifically if u r on roaming. Hope safari technical team work on this issue & solve it as early possible.

A system occurred error, close tha app and try again. It happens every time. I paid for the book and can't even read a word from it. App shows order is panding while all payments are done...very bad app and service

The app is so unresponsive, it takes very long time just to open the app. Getting a subsciption has been awwful and even after making the payment its not showing. Truly ancient UI and backend. Get a new website and app made.

Very nicely crafted App. Easyto navigate and read articles. Few suggestions 1-enable finger print support for log in 2-when pressing back button it should go to a page back ward instead of totally going out of the issue. 3-if comes in magazine format creates good effect. Clicking on page will open as it shows in current format.

I am a big fond of Safari since my childhood. I am very happy to have now in digital addition. But it's app must be have some improvements. UI is not user friendly. Need to improve lot. App is crashes many times during reading. Go to page option should be given. Page remamber option should also be there.

Update: Subscription needs to be activated manually by the admin after the payment. It's not immediate. I saw many users complaining about it. Changed my rating to 5 after the issue is fixed. Love the content, still don't like the App and Process of subscription, but it's ok as long as it works.

Finally Safari is available on mobile. Very happy. Just one suggestion: fileserver used to serve e-pub files is very slow, takes lot of time when new issue is released and when many users are downloading. It would be better if you use cloud based CDN to serve files with full bandwidth.

Hello Safari, The best Magazine of Gujarat needs best application too. -- Some Suggestions: 1) App is little slow in working. 2) Highlighter may please be added in reading. 3) Some impressive graphics are required as will as animation while changing articles. -- This are suggestions only otherwise there is no case to give less than five star to any initative of Safari. Please workout on second suggestion asap.

A guest login option should be there to review how the digital edition go for the readers. If the readers find it well then surely they will go for paid subscription. Or there should be some preview editions should be available which can be accessed without log in. For now, I'l prefer paper editions.

Insert screen on/of lock. Im tried to tap on screen every time because its always off. Its has been to much irritated me. I was tap on screen for on my mobile screen but it change page. Just add features for when i read, screen never has been turn off. Thanks

I have subscribed for the Safari English Ebook version. I received the email from the safari quickly showing my id password. When I log in to the app, it shows that there is no content in my account. I don't know what is the issue. Hope they rectify it ASAP!

Great content from harshal publication. But this app does not look much user friendly . It looks like one of the shady apps that will.give your information out. The gui is not user-friendly. Magazines takes some time to download. However I understand that this app is still in development stage. I hope it will get better.

All is good. Only issue I am facing on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is that when I bookmark a page, and reopen the book, the app is reaching to forced close. Update: for HTC desire 10 pro, I am able to read the bookmarked page. Seems to be device related issue.

It is a good thing that finally its out. It was long due. But the app needs to be so much user friendly. It is not in a magazine format but in a text format which is a huge disappointment. I hope they will consider it.

Application should be more user friendly. Safari magazine has been my first preference for knowledge since childhood. Now I'm happy that I don't have to go to any railway station book vendor shop to buy this magazine. But still there's a lot of scope for the improvement in the app.

Great app & user experience (Though app has some bugs so keep working!). Safari played big roll in my career choice, it inspired me to be in science & technology field. I used to read Safari even day before my board exams💚! From last couple of years I did not have fix address due to College, Job etc. Right now, I am not in India but due to this digital edition I can read it from anywhere. Even today I feel same excitement as almost 15 years ago when I first read the Safari. Thank you HP.

App is not working in fire hd 10 tablet though it is android tab. Is there any way you can look into the issue? App is stuck on loading main blue page. In my mobile it is working fine. As far as safari content is concerned, couldn't find better magazine in science genre... Love it...

Once in 3 time when I open the app to read Safari it is asking for login password even though I have clicked remember me button App is complicated for reading Magazines like chitralekha also provides pdf copies with password Also sometime when you click picture to expand it shows different picture (happend in last issue) And when we call to report such error no one pick the phone Also one observation all the topics covered in print issue is not in digital in some of the past issue

The app gives an awesome user experience. Its easy and simple to use. Very good navigation functions for the magazine. wonderful reading experience

Safari and Harshal Publication have excellent contents and serving the mass with good cause but this HP mobLib app is worst. It's navigation and design isn't user-friendly. Further for digitally purchased contents, user must be allowed to access from PC/Laptop also so that long text can be read with more ease..whereas it's only restricted to mobile devices..I don't what's the logic behind..

The app is quite good, cutting one start just because of app. Content is easy accessible and good services but app is need to be upgrade for batter user experience. For content I'll give 5 stars! All the information is really interesting and informative! Nice job team! This kind of publication must be there to get wonderful information to everyone.

Dissapointing service by support team. After paying online for magazine, the same has not been delivered. Got dispatch confirmation 7 days ago. Not getting any revert from customer service support mail id or customer service helpline number. Details already shared via app ticket system, email and phone. Yet no revert.

After completing online payments for digital edition it shows payment pending and even app is not showing even home page. It always on error stage. Plz solve the issue already raised 2 ticket on it not progress

I have been safari reader for years but I didn't renew since last year due to work. I don't know why but I should've already subscribed digital version since I get lot of time in bits and pieces and it's a great place to spend it. Thank you to Harshal Publication whole team for making such an effort. Making whole process from finding and researching content to distributing it is huge amount of work. Thanks again 👍
