terrible, terrible app. Worked once on one phone only, then didn't connect on other devices, no support, no solutions. what's the point of a WiFi photo frame that you can't send photos to? I read reviews for the frames, never occurred to me to check the app ratings. returned both frames. beware.
Updated: fix through app support worked! must log out of app and create new account. username, password, and frame name all cannot be more than 4 characters. will need to log on to app w new account and reconnect frame manually using frame id. Original: can no longer connect with phone. when is a fix coming? worthless.
When I first got it, it was fantastic. Then i had it un plugged for awhile and now it won't connect with my phone. The app does not allow you to troubleshoot the issue. I'm very upset.
Already having trouble with this hp photo frame, it keeps saying that they downloaded it to all my devices, but I don’t see the download anywhere, and not getting any help from customer support, REALLY!
The app now has a nasty link to a non-hp site that asks for your PayPal info. I tried contacting the developers, but the email no longer works. Don't give them your login or credit card!
cant connect to a device to send pictures. keeps saying "not activated" but there are no instructions on how to activate the frame.
This app has the worst user interface. Login not working, password reset not working, new account not working... this is disgraceful! Where is customer support or FAQ? Children could create a better working app.
Awful user interface - can only use 3 or 4 characters for username & password, but they don't tell you that upfront, only when you've spent hours trying to reach customer service because the frame goes offline - even then you can't register 90% of the time & they blame your phone as being the problem, then "email their engineers" who are in a time zone 12 hours away (India? Sri Lanka?) It's not really HP you're dealing with but rather Idea USA (?). Piece of junk - don't waste your time or money!
doesnt have option to upload images from other folders from phones, please develop to browse images from other folders as well

Only seeing downloaded images and screenshots to upload under "album."

The app is terrible. It only allows you to select pictures from the camera folder. Even if that were Ok, the app refuses to connect to the actual frame, giving a not registered error. The app successfully syncs, then displays the frame name in pink and says not registered. This is a garbage app that has worked once since I got it.
There are a few issues : There are no options for choosing other folders besides the specific camera folder on the phone. Being able to choose photos in Google photos or any other folders would be worth 5 🌟. Photos in portrait keep defaulting to landscape (sideways) no matter what setting in slideshow mode. The time in the calender when in slideshow stays in 24 hr time even though home screen and setting is in 12hr. Also why is the microphone a permission.... The microphone isn't needed at all in the app??? These seem like things that should have been thought out before the app went live. Come on hp.... Edit 4/19/2018 : Photos in portrait no longer default to landscape, progress... Thank you HP.
UNABLE to open the app, donnot give you the choice to register, but yet asking FOR user nname and password. NOT register, UNABLE to próvide INFO. Pls HELP, JUST bought photo frame.
The app and hp photo frame are poor products replaced first one second one also doesn't work

The app works but the ONLY thing you can do is send photos to the frame. They go to a folder called "cloud." The app (& the frame!) doesn't let you create folders or move files. So my 92-year old father can't see the new photos.. Bottom line, the app should allow you to manage the files but it does not. Also I use an actual camera. So want an app that works on a PC.
