it was entirely impossible to log into my acct on Android. fine, send me an email with a code but when i flip over to email to get the code the hp app changes screens back to the send email options so you can't ever actually enter the code unless you go pick up email on another device. hp, please .. this is totally dumb, your testing should have caught a bug like that

This application is very slow

This app really is awful. It isn't just a slow connection, it doesn't even feel like it's ready for beta testing. Various features feel incomplete or just don't even work.

I bought HP 360 rotate Laptop from HP store pitampura, Delhi on July 2021 and after 6 month of purchase I am facing too many issues in laptop as screen switch off and then on and instantly screen shut down and I visited HP store in pitampura and they told me to create a video when this issue arises and I created it and raise complaint to HP customer care and they told me that you have to pay 500 then HP technical person will visit at your home so why I pay that amount if my laptop is in warranty

I got verification code on my phone through mail and then when switch the app to enter that but again it showing that "click on send mail to get verification code. That's the that's why i deleted this app

very slow in loading and search bar needs to be shown some care if I need to search anything I need to type everything thing the search bar options are not clicking

Loading products are too slow. And then, the app suddenly black screen when I changed another language.

Really disappointed with hp laptop. Won't recommend anybody to purchase hp laptop I bought hp envy series in March 2021 and daily iam having issue with laptop. It's ssd crashed within 5-6 months now it's not Turing on at all. It Seams like I bought one box. I spent 70000 on this dabba.. I am a student and iam having daily issue I have a exam tomorrow bt my laptop its not Turing on. We are spending too much money not getting good product.. please return my money I feel like being cheated.

Disaster. Just like their customer service. Useless. I tried their whatsapp number for a battery. 5 times they said they'd get back to me. They never did.

pathetic app. filter not working. unable to sort through 100s of products in laptop catalog. disappointment.

plz fix all the bugs before launching it on Google Play Store.. such badly designed apps irritates you and wastes your precious time

Worst laptop brand..from the day I purchased it..its showing issues... sometimes heating or display issues.. never ever purchase this hp product

It is a very good app with very good content but it logouts automatically.

Keeps on loading on every click, no price sorting , total waste of time

Filters never work with printers, I removed the app after 5 min of usage.

The day I buy the HP laptop they are not working properly sometime they have display issue sound issue and over heating problem's.

never purchase anything from HP, if you will get defective product they will not replace it neither refund for it.

buy any brand, but don't buy HP. I spent 80k in buying a HP laptop, also paid 6k for extended warranty but never got any fruitful technical support. fed up of calling their customer support but they never provide any sevice. warranty in HP means "No warranty"
