This app does not perform like how it used to: 1) ink levels not recognized, 2) scanner does not properly ...double vision capture with message of Invalid Scan.
Can you explain . I have scanned my 88x toner many times before and it said ok always but suddenly today same toner says invalid why so?
Pathetic app.You need to scan your cartridge before buying anything . Barcode scanner is not able to scan properly.

hp makes the fax machine model the hp 640 and hp discontinue the 701 cartridge i cannot find a cartridge for this fax machine hp should be sued for discontinue the 701 cartridge for the hp 640 fax machine model that the/made and sold to consumers and this app does not work

So this app doesn't work on 5g. Ok then how about making it work on 2.4g? Error: Can't find any hp printer. Weird! Your other eprint & all in one apps find it without issue on either frequency. Fix it please!
Poor. It won't read ink levels on my HP Deskjet 3752. I am using the printer wirelessly right now, the app says it can't read the levels on my printer!

App doesn't work, keeps crashing, does find my printer on my network, and by the looks of the other reviews I think somebody needs the sack and find somebody who can write apps properly
Frustrating. All I want to do is press a button or two and order some *@#&s$! ink! Your redirects to web pages and promotional junk always ends in failure.

Waste of time. Says it can't find any HP printers on the network, but the HP Smart app has no trouble finding my printer and displaying ink levels. Oh, wait - it says it only works with 2.4GHz networks. Seriously?
