I'm getting really tired of this app closing out on me. I can't access my account!! I can't get this app to work!! I went to my bank and talked to them. I was told that it is an issue outside of their control. I then went to my cellphone provider. They told me that it was an issue under my phone company. I dealt with Samsung for almost 3 hours and did a factory reset. After which I had to reinstall most of my apps. That didn't fix the problem!! I still can't get the app to open back up!!
Doesnt work for andriod! Dont install. Apparentky developers on test with apple devices.
🥴 Everything is good. But I really wish my bank had Zelle. It would make life easier to have it on the app.
The recent update [today is 9-16-19] made it so now it wont go past the blue loading screen any longer.
Does not work on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
App used to work well. Now every time I try to log in it says there's an error.
easy to use. scan-and-deposit saves trips to the bank.
Literally always says there is an error and can never open the app.
I think it is unfortunate that you cannot view the written checks online. I have other banks where you can click on the check and you can see who it is written to.

What's the point in having mobile deposit when it never takes your checks? I've contacted customer support and their only answer is to bring it in or mail it. Um, there's a reason I need to use mobile deposit.
Works maybe 50% of the time. Click the icon and it opens then quickly closes. I'll have to do this several times before it actually stays open. Would be nice to fix that bug.
