HPE Go
HPE Go is currently only available for select HPE channel partners for individuals with access to the HPE Order Status tool (OSS). HPE Go login requires your individual email address and Partner Ready Portal password. Due to the personalization enabled, HPE does not recommend shared email accounts be used.
With the HPE Go mobile app you can respond to order status queries and act quickly on changes when you’re away from your desk, in a meeting, or in front of a customer. The app allows you to:
– Search for orders by HPE Order #, Distributor PO # or customer name
– View order details: current status, estimated ship/delivery date and more
– Add your most important orders to your Watch List
– Receive alerts to your phone when the order status changes
– Share order details with colleagues or customers
– Give feedback on your delivery experience immediately
HPE Go syncs with your HPE OSS account to give you end-to-end order visibility helping multiple teams within your organization in the following ways:
INTERNAL SALES TEAMS
