Very poor app. I am trying to login but showing session has time out.

Very bad app,couldn't login even after many attempts

Login difficulties. I. T cell handling the app. Seems to be confused itself. For the past two years ratings have been poor and nothing has been done so far, so nothing better can be expected.

Poor application design. Not working at all since the app was installed. Bank is taking notice but unable to help me view my account details even after many complaints. Shame on the designers of this app and on the officials who are working behind this app. I will not withdraw this review till this app is fixed. No otp comes when you try to bind the device. Otp works well whenever an atm transaction is done. Rest is all non functional.

I have been trying to log in since 10-15 days. Once successfully registered, when trying to log in using same credentials, it is showing "wrong details". Worst app

This is the worst experience compare to other bank app i m not registering in mobile banking app last 30 to 40 days and not connecting any customer care no or bank official phone no si many call but not picking any one . I m living other state otherwise i m close my account immediately.

Don't know who gave it 3.5 ratings. Worst user experience, most of the time the server remains down. Trying to login but every time it shows "Session timed out" every day.

Worst app. It not let me sign in. Again there is no customer assistance provided. Their helpline number is going engaged, branch number is also not in use. Such a waste of time.

Worst application in mobile banking. Their IT support is bad. Please spend on some good developers and on backend too. The app keeps on crashing. Even employees don't use their app. Long way to go hgb.

I have done login process then they ask for user I'd that ot even they provide me... app process is not good actual need to clarify the option that the app provide... that creates more confusion.... and that not good...

very bad app my two payments failed but amount deducted from my account.Google app is good one.If on Google transactions fail they rewerse amount with in no minutes.But in HPGB you have to wait for about 15 to 20days.so according to my views this app is very worst.

Worst app in banking history

I am triying to login with my id from last 2 weeks but still it is showing me i have wrong details.. Even i also talked with customers care but there is nothing happened.... This app is totally rubbish... Bank should need to improve this app as soon as so customers can enjoy there services easily...

Worst app n worst experience . Never opened . Always shows wrong credentials n host is not available .... Rubbish . Not even deserve a single star

This aap is not good for frist time users.. 1st time during registration face more difficulty and improve this HPmobile banking application Easy to registration and do not face difficulty during password set...

very good app...easy to use for balance inquiry, money transfer and last 5 mini statement...but sir provide it on google pay and phonepe like other banks....

Not even worth 1star. Not able to register new user with debit card and bank has not given me registeration pack for mobile banking.

Bank never respond to comlaint registered to bank on their site. Site says we sent email to your account please verify but i dont know to whom they are sending these emails.

App is ok but its not compatible with my new device which is samsung M51, app developer if you can do anything please do the needful
