Absolute rubbish. I need it to sync with my watch which it does immediately. After I've entered all my data, it works fine. Then my phone tells me the app is draining the battery, and fast. So the only way to stop it, is to force stop the app. However, when I want to connect it again it says "connecting" and the longest I have waited is two hours. It does not connect. I have to un and reinstall it EVERY DAY. I could let it run and have to charge my phone twice a day instead of every two days.

I use steps, calories heart rate and sleep functions. All functions are inaccurate but tolerable. Worst problem is that at least once a week the app fails to download sleep data, an important function I need. Light and deep sleep are recorded on the watch, but don't upload to the app, Also differentiation between waking and light sleep is often incorrect. Finally, occasionally no data will upload and I must unbind and re-bind the watch. All in all, a fair deal for the price.

sync/binding process is poor, cannot sync data to the app after exercising, nor does the app show or record my sleeping patterns. I wish it would just get permission to sync with another app since this app is less than useful. The watch (No.1 F18) is great but without the so and the data from the watch connecting... does not accomplish my goals and intentions for exercising.

The latest update made my Samsung S7 unable to open the app. So, now I have a watch that is 1 hour ahead of the actual time and I am unable to correct it for daylight saving. The app never retained any data before this issue, so we were going to be shopping for better smart watches anyway, but this will expedite our purchase of better smart watches.

The app works well for me with some issues: (Smart bracelet: hplus_7ba9) - would be great to have google fit compatibility - in the activity list the preview of some maps seems some initial map (Chinese? characters + a map of a city) - would be great to have a map for walking activities. Potentiel firmware also improvemets: - detect if the watch is on the wrist or not. (Why turn on heart rate sensor etc) - auto detect activities - possibility to turn off bluetooth on the device - possibility to set alarm clock directly on the device

I open the app, and after about 2 seconds it closes. I cannot do anything with it. Will not connect to my DT58 fitness band Update. The app updated today Dec. 8th. Now, when I open it, it opens as H plus watch, but still will not connect to my DT 58 fitness band. After a very glowing review by Smart Watch Ticks, this watch has turned out to be a complete waste of money.

Works much better than HPlus Watch regarding device permissions. While it's a simpler, more basic app it does what I want and is less intrusive. The activity page is showing maps in Chinese until I tap on them. When opened they are as they should be in English.

This latest update has now removed the app from appearing on the notification bar at the top of my phone. Very annoying. Sort one thing and mess up something else !! Also ...why does the strava up constantly run and vibrate whenever running?? It's unnecessary!!

doesnt always connect to the watch. the watch doesnt display distance lord knows how you upload your traces to somewhere like Strava as there is no integration and you cant even export the gpx data from the app to upload manually. the watch has an altimeter on it but all you can do is reset it to zero which is great but means you need to visit the beech anytime you want to calibrate the altimeter. bag of cr4p watch and a useless app for a great bargain price. #GetWhatYouPayFor

Doesn't work well. Disconnecting often, sometimes doesn't send the notifications. I've set 45min notifications for stand up - to have a breake at work for streaching the legs, did notifie my once in a period of 8h. Application needs lot of improvements.

HORRIBLE, app will not run on my wife's Samsung A5 phone. Crashes as soon as she tries to open it. Downloaded the app onto my Huawei p30 to connect to her fitness tracker to update it. App doesn't stay connected. As soon as you exit the app it disconnects. Need to unbind and then bind device everytime app is opened. APP IS NOT WORTH DOWNLOADING.

It was working fine before I updated it to the latest firmware. My phone is currently on Android 8.0 and when I launch the app it crashes instantly. Before updating everything was running smoothly. How can I fix this issue?

It stopped working on my phone. It is a pitty, as the smartband is great, but the app limits its functionality. I would rather go for another smartband until programmers seriously fix this this poor quality app; otherwise, it can be a waste of money.

1) The app doesnt let you pick if you want 12/24h appearance. 2) BMI = 22 for height 174cm and weight 80kg when it should be BMI = 26.4 . Check your calculation algorithm. 3) Phone sometimes won't bind with the smartwatch and you have to unbind and rebind the watch. 4) Turn the wrist light screen is buggy. Most of the times the screen turns on and off with the slightest move on your hand and therefore, the screen is just flashing on and off and keeps consuming battery. I am not sure whether it's just an application problem, or a hardware sensor in the watch. 5) Notifications should have Viber and Skype. Now in order to get these notifications you have to turn on Other, and you get plenty of notifications you dont need. Also you should have the ability to pick vibration just for the notifications you want to get. Now you either choose if you want Vibration for everything or NOT AT ALL. All in all its an application full of bugs. Definitely I wouldnt recommend it and if your watch supports another app, GO FOR IT. My smartwatch is DT NO.1 F18.

The firmware update option is not working. After the recent app update the heart rate graph is much better.But it shows erratic heart rate readings while the band is on the charger. In reality it should not be showing any heart rate reading.

Very badly developed app. There's no facility to gather weekly and monthly data for exercise routines. Bluetooth connectivity is haphazard at the best of times.

Just will not connect to watch and when it eventually does it doesn't stay connected. Watch is great. App is not. Looks like I'll have to take an hour off the time I read!

0* from me, as is a terrible app, have the No1 DT08 scan the app from the manual. Never connected with mobile, watch is useless. can't be more annoying than having a brand new watch and because the app is not working you end up with a useless watch

I am using Huawei Mate 20x...this app only works well with older Android versions... What has happened to the activity map on app??? Map crashes when I want to view trajectory. And it is difficult to bind with watch... Previous app is better...terrible update... 😥😥😥 Please fix this app quickly... I have 2 fitness watches that run on this app...

Hopeless! ...was working until recently, now after latest update I can't open the app on my Huawei Y7 - touch icon and nothing happens. Have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled ...still not working. And many others have the same problem it seems. When will this be fixed?

Worthless App, crashes on startup. Never got a chance to use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and everytime it crashes before it opens.

Same after last update - if HPlus is started, GPS of my phone is turned ON and stay ON forever, doesn't matter if I quit app. This huge drain battery.The only workaround that I found is to disable notification access of HPlus from Android 9 settings. Then GPS goes immediately Off, everything work correct except for notifications. If reboot my phone, I need to do this again to avoid huge drain of battery because GPS again is ON. Only good working version HPlus is 3.5.9 from 20 Dec 2018 year!!!

Few times unable to connect my smartwatch (DT No. 1 F18). Need to unbind bracelet & search again to get connected. Trajectory maps also became no maps when I want to share via facebook & whatsapp. English language use in this apps need to be improved.

Constantly disconnecting. Missing heart rate or bp or sleep. Constantly have to unbind them bind the watch to then sync . Over 40 errors in the last week.( system report)

i'm using no.1 F5 smart watch for 2 months already. can you guys add in whatsapp notification seperately. before was in others notification, thats the most common communication apps people using worldwide. now it can't even notify after latest updated. keep on disconnecting from the smartwatch. pls upgrade tq.

I have bought DT no 1 f18 model . It works intermittently for msgs. Only 5 msgs from app. 6th msg over writes the 1st one. It just don't show caller information... Whenever my phone rings it does not vibrate neither caller name is displayed. ( I'm using one plus 6). I tried everything. Can someone help me. Is this compatable with OnePlus 6?

Junk. Crashes before I can even set it up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Nothing works.
