disappointing experience even just to set it up with watch. Lack of functionality. user info page wouldn't allow you to enter any information. just to pair up with phone took an hour and turn the whole two hours of setting the whole thing up was truly a disappointing experience. I m hoping soon these small issues are taken care off to make life easier for someone like me. thanks

The watch will pick up my bluetooth but it will give correct time. I've did exactly what the owner said I have reset 10 times still the same thing. I dont quite understand what's going on. On top of that the app will not pick up the bluetooth but the watch does but the time hasnt changed. This is ridiculous.

There is still no connectivity via bluetooth. I have updated today, did not work, i have deleted and reinstalled the app, did not work. It connects on my phones bluetooth, but does not connect with your app, it can not even find the device. I have tried connecting without phone bluetooth and connect on the app..still does not work.

Hello, I am curious why both apps have severe issues. The HPlusFit app allowed me to pair my smart watch with my Samsung S9 without issue but does not allow me to receive any notifications or email messages. The opposite can be said for the HPlus Watch app. This app will not connect with either my phone or my smartwatch. Yet when I view the settings it has already defaulted to allow notifications. My suggestion is that you merge both apps together and make one solid app that work

Watch glitches. Watch worked fine until October 2019. The change of seasons threw the watch off. It's been 4/2-4/7 ever since. Doesn't tell the right time (off by 4 hours). So the calorie counting, steps are all off. Thanks for nothing. Don't even get me started on the app! Double ugh!!!

It was fine at the start, over two years ago when I got the watch. Slowly over time its got worse you have to uninstall the app then install again. Now it won't bind to the phone, sync or save user information. The app needs an upgrade as it's useless at the moment.

The app is pretty much useless. It does not connect to the watch. Only the iPhone version of the app works. It's a shame the develooers release something that does not work. Which makes of of my watch a useless thing unleas i don't buy an iPhone. Please wake up! It's time to work.

Don't waste your money on this watch. Ad- cardiac watch, no different than sports watch I previously had. Nothing special, app does not show cardiac activity as stated, difficult to sync, had to reload several times. Tried to return, no go just a bunch of bull. 100% guarantee I don't think so.

em yeah sort out your app it's absolutely pointless. It's not syncing with the device at all. Sort ASAP my first impress of your app almost makes the device pointless for what many people out of it. Not pleased with the app in the slightest your lucky to even get a star!!!

it works well with my sport watch. The only thing I'd ask for would be kind of proximity alarm, so when the Bluetooth connection is getting weak, it would send alarm to the watch. So you wan't leave your phone unattended.

Its horrible. The app always is running, and constantly "stops working " I feel the reports are not accurate and some times it decided to work. I get an error message about 15-20 times a day this app dev needs updates and bug fixes

Doesn't work well. Disconnecting often, sometimes doesn't send the notifications. I've set 45min notifications for stand up - to have a breake at work for streaching the legs, did notifie my once in a period of 8h. Application needs lot of improvements.

It pairs with my old phone (Samsung j36)but refuses to pair with my new phone (samsung A8).I have been trying to pair it with my new phone for about 2 hours now. It's good for fitness but extremely frustrating when it refuses to do what it easily is ment to do.

Keeps crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Worked fine for months until latest update. Bluetooth is turned on but the app scans and shows nothing. I've reset my watch. The app just doesn't find the watch.

Some days it opens and works correctly.. Some day this app crashes when you open it. Haven't been able to use app since last update. Going to uninstall and reinstall and see if that helps. UPDATE: NOT WORKING

This app doesn't work since last update. The only way I can use my watch is to download the old version app install it and disable auto update in Google play. It still crashes fairly frequently but Until this problem is sorted, at least I can use my watch

DOESN'T WORK Received deliver if my activity tracker yesterday. Downloaded app (s7) and doesn't find any device! I've downloaded the app to my s6 and it works. I also tried the 2.8 version and that doesn't work on either phone. useless app!!

This app is so disfunctional it is not funny. Immediately after connecting to watch the time on the watch is wrong. This app will not turn off bur stays on no matter what and eats up your battery. Half to load and remove the app when I want u o 7se it.

The latest update Jan. 6 2019. Has completely messed up the app. It cant open at all. And I get tons of notifications of how bad it's doing. I had to uninstall it. I hope yall fix it soon. I'd like to use my watch.

Hey, if you can't connect smartwatch with your phone. Go to Developer Options on your smartphone > Enable Show Bluetooth devices without names. Then try to reconnect. It's work for me!

My phone wont connect to the app after numerous attempts. It wont pick up the watch in the settings bluetooth menu. So it wont sync data or time. Which is totally pointless.....
