Would be great if it sync with google fit and/or allowed access to the raw measurement data. Options to continually measure all vitals. Could also have but in VO2 max as well as SPO2 as its just calculated. The chipset the watch is built off also has temperature sensor which is not used. Weather display function does not work or update. Happy to update review when new changes made.

Can't even open the app. Won't let me register, just keeps saying try again later. If this isn't sorted soon I'll leaving a bad review for the watch too. After three weeks... One star. App is rubbish. Syncs only sometimes. Not accurate when it does. Notifications worked ONCE. Watch is no longer available to buy. No wonder it's quite expensive for something that just tells the time.

The SG2 watch is a good watch but this app is terrible the watch disconnects and you cant get it to connect until you reboot the phone not the watch. The height and weight is in kg and cm even though I have it set to inches and pounds. The watch only shows weather in celcius. Please fix the issues I like the layout of the app and the watch is very nice. I am going to try other apps to see if I can find one that has less issues. You can do better than this!

Rubbish! This app is not good. Lot of lacks in it. 1. Only 10 watch faces. 2. It can't be update whereas it prompts to update. 3. It is taking too much time to load watch face from the app to the watch. Around 20 minutes minimum. 4. Weather isn't available in the app, so the weather isn't working in the watch as well. 5. Though my watch is connected to my phone but it isn't shown in bluetooth.

The imperial option does not work in the app as everything still stays metric. The weather app does not tell where it sources information or for what place the weather is (it isn't where I and the watch are). Android Bluetooth loses sync and requires a phone reboot to resync, but that is common to all wearables that use Nordic chips I think. The watch faces are nice and most of the sports apps and health sensors function, though I don't believe they are well calibrated as blood pressure is about 6-8 under on systolic. It would be great to have a periodic blood oxygen track similar to the pulse. Adjustable alarms on concerning medical numbers would be amazing and make the watch very useful.

Connection lost all the time with SG2, there is no option to reconnect in the app, electrocardiogram keeps showing results in the app, even if you don't use the function on the watch, dark mode is not fully covered in the app, there is no Gmail notification option , when checking for a firmware update, it still fails and could have more options for the watch faces.

Hello, I am curious why both apps have severe issues. The HPlusFit app allowed me to pair my smart watch with my Samsung S9 without issue but does not allow me to receive any notifications or email messages. The opposite can be said for the HPlus Watch app. This app will not connect with either my phone or my smartwatch. Yet when I view the settings it has already defaulted to allow notifications. My suggestion is that you merge both apps together and make one solid app that work

SG2 watch. Most options not functional. Unpredictable synchronisation, after the watch'es memory fills-up, the app stops registering steps and sleep data. Sleep data synchro function is unclear at all - when it will happen, or even if it even ever happen at all. Weekly stats, Sedentary alarm does not work at all. UPD 03/21 Updated the firmware, now raise-to-display always ON! Extra watchfaces not available any more.

It's not possible to adjust "End sedentary time" - menu with digits is broken. Please add on "Blood pressure" graphic, 2 bold horizontal lines on 80 and 120 (this is a normal blood pressure) and tiny horizontal lines 10, 20, 30 to 160, to be easier for viewing collecting blood pressure at the day, week and month data. It will be good if there is a dark theme. Edit: from time to time smart watch is disconnected and only ways to connect back is to reboot phone or to "force stop" HPlusFit app.

SG2 watch. The app is so bad it reduces the usefulness of the watch deeply. It erases your personal data frequently. It says there is an update but it's impossible to install. Every time, after redoing the download and installation process it comes back with a message "Update not installed". There is no explanation. I couldn't find how to install new watch faces. There is no mentioning like URL where to find them. I'm sorry I bought this watch without checking this connecting app's reviews.

SG3 watch. App will not stay connected. Constantly have to unbind and reconnect. Okay if some things don't work but continuous heart rate must work! If not, I have no use for the watch and its app. From now on, before I buy a watch I am going to check out it's app. I love the watch, but the app/watch combo doesn't work.

Useless software. Makes the gorgeous watch useless. Very limited options available. Not possible to update the software and constantly informs a new update available but no way you can update the software. Keep getting error for syncing. Loses Data. Changing watch face takes 15 minutes how rediculous. Such a pathetic software. Wanted to give it minus -5 rating but since it's not possible will give it 1 star

Eventually got my SG2 connected after a lot of fiddling restating the watch and phone a few times. But once connected seems to be ok. The app is rough around the edges and feels like a work in progress, but basic functionality is OK.

You need to fix this app asap. Half of the time it does not track sleep. Doesn't sync properly. The 'raise the hand to brighten' feature is nice, but not at night! Needs to be either on a schedule or easy to turn off.

This might be the worst software I've ever used. So many limitations. Basically this just turns a smart watch into just A WATCH! Can't update to the newest version of the app or the current firmware on the phone! USELESS!!

This App have stopped working. Cannot access the login however you tried. Users of SG2 watches can use HPlus which works but it does not have blood oxygen and ECG. The hardware controls are better. It gives screen time selection. You must first pair the watch to your phone before running this App.

I just got my watch about an hour ago and connected with no issues so far. I see lots of comments about watch face options and I do have to agree. Most are colored yellow or red and seem quite "bulky". I'd love one with just white watch hands. Nothing else. Very simple. I'll update with more use =)

The app looks quite good. HOWEVER once it needs restarting its impossible to log back in and there is no way to rest the passwd if you forget. Being able to get back into an app that needs to restart is fundamental to being abele to use it. If possible find a better app as this is only usable once.

The App is horrible.. th watch is beautiful but thw developer of the app is not innovating... if you update the app the app will crash.. too slow to change dial.. if the develope could just develop the app, it could be an awesome combo.. but the downshift of this watch is the app.. the watch is not smartwatch... its just a watch.. because of the bad app.. SAMSUNG is far better even on the lowest band they have because they have a great app..

Very frustrating. Can't update app. First uninstall the app n then install it again from app store. Then u can't connect the phone with watch. U can't update watch firmware. Developer update the app but only fix the permission issue. Not good😞 now It connects and updated. Still need a lot of work. And how is possible that my steps is zero and i burn 1424 kcal. I don't understand i wish i can upload a pic😞

Constant battery drain. On a Huawei P30 Lite, a phone that could easily do 2 days without charge, I am forced to charge it in the afternoon. Also, incredibly bad UI and English. Many elements of text were not even localized.

Tried over and over to install. Will not open. If I power off the phone. It will let me select one permission at a time when back on. For about three permissions then nothing. Fix it or remove the app.

I'm using POCO X3 Pro to connect my UTILITE G5 with this app, it connected successfully. But when Iook this app interface ..duh..looks like this app was made by junior high school graduate who dabbling in software developing.NO WATCHFACES, NO NOTIFICATION for another social apps (phone and message only), Uppercase and lowercase?all got jumbled up in this app..Interface colour?Boring..flat black and white. . I hope that the developer team is more serious in making improvements to this software.

There is a new version of HPlusFit available in the Internet. When will it be on Play Store as well? The upgrade suggested by app itself could not be installed. The .apk is rejected by my phone (Android 10, Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro). Please hurry up to make it available for users like me! So far I can not give you more than two stars...

The Wear OS app does not connect with my SG2 watch. HplusFit app works fine. It stlll doesn't change to inches etc....I use the watch for steps while my good watch is charging! Be aware don't by any Facebook ads!

This is rubbish just got my new watch and this app is really really bad I can't conect to my watch I can't even get into the app itself so I can't even change the time on my watch as you can only do that in app what the hell is that all about sending the watch back also waste off money and time the hole reason I got this watch is to keep an eye on my blood pressure and this ha put it through the roof again trying to get on the app not happy at all Would have given this a no stars at all but can'

Last version of the app (12 dec 2021) is NOW pushing some weather data to my SG2. It's not very accurate but at least it is doing it.

For now deserve 0.5 star. Guys fix all the problems and make it work. Connection lost every day. Dials apear and dissapear. Weather not working at all and many others. Looks the watch like a cheap toy and nothing else.

It looks like you Don't even bother to make a solution for all the problems faced by the users. This App is A huge disappointment though SG2 is a nice watch. Need to make the app flawless. Also please add more wathch faces and provide the benefit of customize watchface.

Terrible apps, if you disconnect the watch from your phone, sometimes the times reset and you lost all of your progress. If you want to buy Sg2 watch, please don't buy it.
