Not able to put an end service date into claims and then your reimbursement gets delayed
Interface is hard to navigate and some options don't appear to exist that are on the website but the website crashes every 2 seconds so....
It is absolutely ridiculous to have to change your password multiple times a year. If you let your phone go into sleep mode, it logs you out immediately.
This was a good app to check for things on what is eligible and now I can even login. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I still can't log into it now.
Barely works. Takes forever to load anything, feels overall sketchy. Wouldn't use it if it was my choice.
Useless update, crashes every time you try to put your phone number or try to read the message.
System os easy and efficient. Never really need to make a call.

Amazing at the health track my spending for my benefits as well as see what qualifies under them for my over a counter medications.
Need to access to change password after customer service changes for you. Also need access to change security questions
Hr simplified is not a helpful company or easy to use.
Terrible... I'd rather pay taxes than deal with these clowns. Taxes are much simpler

Can't upload receipts through the app. Notifications are turned on but I never received them. Only good for checking balances.
After recent update, you cannot upload pictures of receipts
App does not work always reports "invalid certificate check system date and time" when trying to log in. I have tried it on LG G5, Nexus 6, Nexus 5x, & LG G Pad.
The app now says invalid time and certificate. Tried reinstalling and still no luck.
No even think about taking a picture. Feature that doesn't even work. Scam.

photos cannot be read by company so they deny claims. App is buggy.

Very poor interface. Not easy to navigate. Unable to undo something. Worst product possible and very poor interface for users.
