I have had this application installed for about 3 months now without any issue. It runs as you would expect a banking application to run. Simple and easy. One thing I will specifically mention is the option to log in using your fingerprint. I know typing in your password would only take just a few seconds, but I don't know, it's just nice. Especially since it works. Cheers for a well working and handy application HRCCU!
Horrible....constantly says i need to validate my info. But when i try to do so, it says my info is not correct.
It's an 0K app... 4 four stars because it's a convenient app. My other bank much more easier and freindly. When making a mobile deposit be sure to turn off the flash otherwise it will freeze and you'll have to start over. Be sure to turn off the flash in the lower left hand corner.
It's easy to use and set up wonderfully
I would like some more integration with the credit card portion aside from payments. Also not a fan of it not working during the night given I'm 2nd shift and try to check my stuff at night and servers are down. Other then that it does everything else I need it to do from a bank app standpoint.
I have to reset the password constantly because old passwords are not accepted and I can't remember the new one. I understand security and I do appreciate the level that this credit union goes but there is something called diminishing returns. The app itself works great but accessing the app can be wildly frustrating.
App is complete garbage. Won't log you in most of the time. Either stutters or just spins for ages. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app and then reset my password....still doesnt work. I would give this app negative 10 stars if I could.
I think that it is stupid to have to download a nearly 30mb app just so I can check my balance without going to an ATM. I called cust. service , and scoured your website... and there is nothing. No option to check my balance... that phrase doesn't even pop up in search results. That said, this is the only "bank" I will ever use. They are more than fair, and offer free simple savings account. just add "check my balance" to your darned call center or website so I can uninstall this gigantic load.
Easy to use. Like I can check balances easily. Bill pay not as easy as using website. Deposit checks can take several tries. Not sure if can get monthly statement on mobile app or just website.
I dont like the fact that it should have a daily balance with every transaction. Ive looked on site told me a balance. I put more money in account that night and something came through before deposit.i was charged but it never showed me there was something there. Also Atm money should be immediate. Citizens bank counts all your money and it all is immediate not just first 200.00
Often crashes - has much less options as other banking apps. Constantly (more than necessary) needs to confirm identity. My phone often warns me this app is still running....
My only complaint is that the app doesn't work during some nighttime hours. If I were to guess, between maybe midnight and 4:00. Otherwise, it works well and makes life easier. Thank you!
Doesn't work on my new Samsung Galaxy S22 or my fiancés S22 Ultra. Opens and gets stuck on white screen with logo. Have tried uninstalling and redownloading. Worked fine on previous phones most of the time.
Doesn't work at least half the time. Currently using a Samsung S22 Ultra and since I've had the new phone the app won't work at all
Doesn't log you in even after entering credentials. Total waste of time. Better off just calling to get your balance because you will be calling to reset your account info anyway. Not user friendly at all.
I have not been able to use this app since I got the S22 last week. It just shows a blank white screen with the logo and won't load.
If I could give a negative 10 I would. APP is worthless. Never works. When it does you can't see anything other then balance.
this is really easy and helpful. Problem is it takes to long for checks to go through and be put into my account. Seems like it should be there the next day not w or 3 days after the fact. I will however continue to use it because I live to far away to go to branches.
Used to love this app and now I can't even login. It's broken and has been for quite a while. All I get is the "Experiencing Issues" message. Really need this for mobile depositing. Please fix.
More often than not there's a problem and it can't log in. Always having maintenance issues. Great when it works and allows you to log in.
Can't log in anymore. Says my password is wrong. Tried to change it. Says my new password can't be my old password. So now I know for a fact what my password is. Still says it's wrong. Won't let change it either. No reason. Doesn't give one.
I switched to HRCCU years ago and wished i had done it decades ago. When my other bank would'nt give me a small loan and being with them for 19 years, I knew i needed to make a change. I can't thank HRCCU enough for helping me in so many ways and making my banking easy and simple! The people are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with! Thank you again!
Half the time you can no open the app. It states to call your bank for assistance. Very frustrating!
love it!! super convenient! couldnt live without it. it's safe easy. no more hassel to go to the bank to check anything!
Works when I wants to. App will work days until it decides to put out an error. Only way around this is to uninstall then reinstall. Red Magic 5s
It's just okay. When it works, it's easy to do what I need to. Unfortunately it works less often than it doesn't. Loading and reset issues. Update: The app is running more smoothly and rarely has issues loading. Transfers between accounts are insanely quick and easy!
