It's nice, I see my schedule request extra hours,time off request it's nice. I love my managers but I don't half to bother them with all of the above.

The hs team app is a very convenient way to check our schedules. I also love that WB never forgets to thank use for our hard work. We are The Whataburger family! #317

This is a great app to check your schedule and for dealing schedules... Ease of use to ask for days off and seeing them approved was great

A whole new way, for the manager to make a schedule, and a whole new way to see your schedule AND your future schedule. Its all virtual and gives others the opportunity to release their hours and an opportunity to pick up those hours if you need more hours. I have found this to be a great app with.....just many many many helpful features. Such as being able to communicate with the managers and the rest of my new work FAMILY!!!. SUPER GREAT JOB WHOM EVER HAD A HAND IN DESIGNING THIS APP!!

No notifications when people text. And PLEASE stop begging me to rate my last shift. Just friggin' WOW! I don't WANT to rate every blasted shift so STOP please.

It will not let me log in. I even went on Google to make sure my password was correct; it was. This app is just very temperamental. I uninstalled it and tried again so now it works.

Great for organizing. Occasional bugs, but fine other than that.

I need this app for work, but it's really starting to get on my nerves. It will be perfectly fine for weeks on end, but then it will randomly just log me out and not let me back in. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I've even tried rebooting my phone! This app is no where near fully functional when I need it to be. You all seriously need to fix this.

Wont show me the hours I've worked. Cant access it in the app or when it redirects you.

"Pickup" refers to a kind of truck. You "Pick up" a shift. Also, setting your availability has the most unintuitive design ever. I have to help so many people set their availability because it doesn't make sense how you have to do it. It constantly logs everyone out for no reason, and any time you tap a notification it just brings you to a blank page. Overall its not bad, but there are some simple things that shouldn't be an issue in the first place.

Many of the features dont work properly on the app. You have to log in twice, with different passwords, and will get an error if you take more than 1 second to log in, which is extremely difficult to do on a phone. No option to view a full week's schedule for the whole staff at one to plan shifts in advance. I would gladly delete this garbage from my phone but I depend on it for my work schedule.

Im putting thr right username ans password in to the hot scedules app for my job but wont even let me login for work

So far this app has been working okay for me. I haven't had any of the loading issues other people are talking about here. The one issue I keep having is that every time someone drops a shift and leaves a message asking if someone else can pick it up, I get an email. I turned off all email notifications in the settings on the app but I am still being spammed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It used to be 2 stars at best but it is more like a 0 star now. Click on a notification and it wont open to what you clicked, you just have to remember what it was. This app does not work well on android. Notifications push the sound to play 5-6 times. The app does not always show preferred names so some requests show up as blank. NOW it is the eternal error message and it will not let you log in... THE WORST!

It was fine but then there was a new update and it looks so unorganized and doesn't work properly anymore. When I open the app it is just the hotschedules loading screen but it still lets me click the buttons to login if i know where to click correctly. Then once I get logged in it takes forever to load even though my internet is fine. Once it's finally loaded, it doesn't let me select people on the roster to see all the shifts they work that day. It makes it impossible to do anything

I can't log in. The normal HotSchedules app should be free. As an employee, I should not be expected to pay for an app to view my schedule.

Really helpful app for when you are working at a certain place that uses the HS Team App.

Great app and works how it's supposed to, but I gave 4 stars, because there is always room for improvement!

Worked perfectly before the recent update. It was super convenient and organized. Now I can't even login. I have to use the website. Luckily emails still work fine so I will know if someone tries to contact me or a shift changes. Update: Looks like they fixed it because everything is working properly now.

For the love of all that is good, fix your app immediately. The inability to log into the app after the recent update shows that either the new update had incredibly poor testing or wasn't even bug tested at all, both of which are appalling, especially on an app on which people's livelihoods depend on. It's been multiple days since the reported issue. Call people in and get it done.

What is going on with this app??? It won't open. Says I needed an update, so I updated. Still won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won't open. I turned my phone off and on. Still. Won't. Open. Incredibly frustrating. I need this app for a work schedule. I hope this bug, or whatever it is, gets resolved quickly.

I don't know what they did, but this new update to "fix bugs" has made it virtually unusable. It gets stuck on the hot schedules logo. It logged me out and I've been trying to log back in, but surprise, it won't let me. It freezes. I need this app for my work schedule! Not cool!

It was bad enough updating every two days, or at least it seemed, and then having to change my password because my old one no longer worked. Recently though, all I get is error. Nothing. Tried uninstalling, restarting phone. Repeat. Repeat. I just want to check my schedule.

The app trash. Wouldn't recommend companies using this for their employees. The app crashes constantly and it doesn't let you see anything sometimes. It just says it's loading and it will continue loading forever. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app a few times because of this. All I wanted was to see my work schedule 🙃

Can't log in. I can log in just fine on the website in a web browser but the app keeps saying my credentials don't work on the application. Insanely frustrating because the browser site doesn't show as much information as the app for some reason. I can't see who else is scheduled a specific day for example which makes wanting to switch shifts extremely difficult

Terrible app, U.I. is very dated, clunky and slow. I would say more about it but I can't even load into the app to simply look at my work schedule because it seems that they can't manage to even keep their own systems running most of the time. I have no good things to say about HotSchedules.
