It is soooo Easy🥰 I would give 100 stars!!!!!! I have a Samsung s22 ultra also had this app on Samsung s9. I've not had 1 problem.. I just recently forgot my username and password so I called the number on back and within 5 min I was into my account and taken care of what I needed to do... also the lady was patient with me because my little was having a great time playing. Lol
If you're going to make an app then make sure the experience is better than the website. I can't even login because everytime I select my username and PW the fields both clear. I don't know if this is some misguided security advice or just really bad design/implementation but wow do I have a lot less trust and confidence in your bank.
I don't know what happened but now it doesn't work at all anymore. I sign in and it just constantly loads. When it finally shows the home screen I can't check my balance or click on anything else.
Constantly have to re-enable the fingerprint login because it randomly stops working so you have to enter the annoying login every single time you try to get into the app. I wouldn't have to login to the app so much if you didn't have to wait so long for your money to be in your account. It takes them weeks to fund to the account with your own money!!!
What has happened to this app?!?! I would give it zero stars if I could. It takes forever to load now, just circles over and over. And it no longer shows me my balance at the top. Fix your app please!
can't login on phone but on laptop I can. same username and password works on the site but fails in the app! as if the app is not for the same service or HSA account that I have with hsa bank
Once you get into it the info is decent, but they won't allow anything to autofill or let me use the password vault software that I pay for. It's a pain in the... It is supposed to make it more secure but it leads people to use less secure passwords since they have to remember and type everything in every time.
The screen shot of my receipt can be uploaded, but it won't allow you to open it and view it after it has been uploaded (Android). Also, it would be nice if you could upload a PDF file to your recipts as well. This feature doesn't do you any good if you can't view what you uploaded later. Please fix this.
It's almost useless as it doesn't accept saved & pasted credentials. The UI is clunky and unintuitive.
Literally typed my login information on the website and on this app letter for letter the same. Clicked log in on the app... incorrect username/password. Clicked log in on the desktop browser.. success. App can't tell what my credentials are.
I will never do this FSA account again. They drag their feet when it comes time to pay the bill. Always asking me to submit claims receipts that I've already submitted. It's a lot of work when it shouldn't be.
Easy to use and shows all that I need. I'm confused about the "action items" though. Good app!
This app has basically stopped working all together. It never loads ANYTHING and I could not be any unhappier with this thing.
Decent app but your Pay yourself back from Tasks (EOB) has a bug. I chose direct deposit but it got overriden and I was issued checks.
I really like the app. However there is a feature that needs to be fixed. When I click "View & Upload Receipts," there is a thumbnail for each receipt I loaded. However, when I click View in the menu, It will only show me the first receipt I ever loaded, not the receipt I am on. There isn't a way to View any of the many receipts I have meticulously loaded into the app. Please fix this; otherwise, it's a great app.
Easy to use app. Timely transfers for expenditures. Much easier than other HSA apps I've used.
I hate this app, cant even log in. i thought it was my password but even after resetting it still says error.
Have to log in every time since saving my info and using my fingerprint randomly stops working. And then stays loading it never makes it to the balance screen. I see I'm not the only one with this issues but I see no developers response. Do you guys care?
Half the time I use my HSA card it doesn't deduct from my account. I sent emails to ask why but zero response and no explanations on the app
Pain it the rear to set up and no matter what I do, it won't scan anything. It's useless.
outdated look, and the option to scan a product Barcode to see if it is eligible does nothing.
Can't upload PDFs for receipts. The app only accepts photos. And only photos taken by your device's camera. So if you take a screen shot of your receipt, the app won't find it. Very inconvenient. Fix this feature HSA mobile app team and I'll bump my review. Seems archaic not to accept PDFs for receipts.
I can't transfer from my HSA to my CV checking account using this app. All my contributions are payroll deductions and my expenses are paid to my checking accounts. Why would HSA Bank think this one way transfer is a good idea. It was a waste of time to download. Previous experience with the tech support was equally poor. It's back to using the laptop.
Unable to use at all. Can't log in. Web site works just fine, so not sure what the issue is. I've tried installing over the last few months to see if anything got fixed, but unfortunately not. Just want to see how my HSA investments are doing, but stuck using the website which also feels unnecessarily clunky.
The app is easy to use. I can find everything I need from the home screen. Submitting claims and adding attachments are seamless. I can also pay unpaid medical bills directly from this app. Great tool.
