Stopped working recently. Keep getting asked to answer new security codes that were never set up. I can unistall app, clear cache, reinstall and sign in on e. Then it's done and error starts all over again
Just the fact you needed access to my location and phone calls told me not to allow you access. Think. Please.
Can't login, can't reset password, can't even make a new account. Doesn't recognize any information I put in, or that my email address is associated with any account even though my HSA is years old. 🙄
App doesn't currently seem to work. Can't get passed a "unable to establish connect" screen.
This app is useless. I've called the tech support four times and they can't get this fixed. Asking for a "secret word". They can't help at all!
Makes it easy to track my expenses and contributions. I can even scan an item in the store to see if it is an eligible expense
Separating HSA accounts out into a totally different app with different login credentials may be easier for Central Bank, but it is much less convenient for their customers.
this entire process mismanaged by Central Bank. And why does this app need to permission to make phone calls?

Does not allow you to open the app.
It's ok once in it... But everytime I try logging in there's a problem and it won't accept creds... I go to webpage and login with the exact same creds and they are just fine. I'm an IT engineer and generally know how to properly keep track of creds and ensure that I use correct set. The fact I can use them successfully on the web version tells me it's the app and not me.
