Application is ok. No bugs have been noticed in 1 year. But the range of functions is limited. I would suggest introducing new features: for example making possible transfering funds to new beneficiaries. Also adding the messaging function. For now I would rate the app 3 stars, but in case of updates I will raise the grade.
The 5th missing star is because of the lack of functionalities. Especially, one can't transfer money to a new recipient. Also, on transfer page, the References field doesn't allow to write multiline and relatively long (detailed) texts.
outdated, cant make transfers to new acc numbers, no nfc tokens, does not support armenian.
I'm getting the "Enter your 6-digit PIN" page with "Session expired" message continuously and I can't use the app even after several times correct PIN value is filled. Cache cleaning, reinstalling - nothing helps!
Doesn't even open on my new device. Had an experience on the previous one, not enough functionality, there's only few things that you can do on it
Could you add an opportunity to message to the service center, as during the pandemic it's almost impossible to have things clarified via telephone. That would be much appreciated.
Useless. Worst banking app ever The only feature you can use to change your amount between your cards. 3 years and i did not notice any change on the app....
Doesn't support the latest Android version. Crashes immediately, without opening.
Please add an option to send money from USD account to USD MasterCard.
Does not work on Pixel 6. It doesn't even open.
Crashes on my pixel 6, it has been 2 months already.
Doesnt work on some custom ROMs (it warns that phone is rooted or modified).
Can't transfer to my Master card, fix this bug ASAP, it is a stoper for this app usage.
The worst mobile banking app Lot of restrictions, You can't pay loans, you can't transfer to new account
Does not display credit card statement and transactions. Impossible to do card to card transfer.

The worst app I have ever used. (13/4/2021). Still the worst (10/11/2021).
HSBC is lagging behind other Armenian banks by mobile app features: Ameria bank, Inekobank are far ahead. And when we will be able to use contactless payments using our phones? 🙁
Can't add new beneficiary contact using mobile , instead you should go and do it with a website .
I hope in next updates, rates will be available

The app currently has limited functionality, even adding a new payee is not possible. It would be great to see more development here.
