HSBC Entertainer

The choices are very limited regarding establishments. And even more lacking regarding the actual value. It doesnt even begin to compare to apps like urban point and the like. Not mention that you need to make a lenghty phone call to obtain your access code while there should have been a more modern option to do so. The customer service is quite useless as well and they cannot override any issues with the codes if used wrong even though the interface lacks proper directions.

Cannot login anymore. Everytime I try to log in or register it says "you are not allowed to access thid application" Whenever i click forgot password it says "reset link sent ho your email adress" but i never receive. Basically for a while i cannot use the app

App does not work. Payment could not be completed and the staff has no clue why. I suspect their process is not properly set up.

There is some offers not applicable in branches but the application say it's applicable, also doesn't support Arabic language.

It is still the most popular and sought after APP for great offers and discounts . Thank you HSBC for giving us complimentary access to The HSBC Entertainer.

Doesn't work and HSBC then refers me to the app to run around sorting it out. Process is place the order, gets accepted bit then gets cancelled without notice. Text comes through saying I've been charged... Then calling the bank to sort it out while getting hungry because the order was cancelled. Fun. I find it easier to just fast. I call it my fasting app

Worst app with the worst online support. Complete waste of time. 1 star seems alot for this app. Update 04/06/2021: Can't complete my order " Error! Invalid Payment Information!" I used the app yesterday and everything was fine. I'm sure the card details are correct.I used a different card to be sure. I uninstalled & re-installed the app, all to no avail. Live chat "Theo" asked me to send a screenshot, but the attach button doesn't respond. This's a really horrible app! Can I give less than 1?

worst app ever, if you order and add to basket you can never delete, just shows basket, cant even order now. try help / live chat option, and there is actually no live chat. good for eat in restaurants but forget it if you want to order for delivery

You really have to read the details before you select a restaurant because, you are restrected by holidays, items on the menu, and days. I have selected many restaurants and once I received the bill they told me entertainer isn't redeemable with the items that was selected which, was not told to me be the staff after I told them I am using entertainer. I would have want to an other restaurant.

Vastly inferior to previous years. Customer service is not helpful. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app -- no improvement. I can only hope this gets better in coming weeks, otherwise it's relatively useless

The app use to offer such good promotions in year 2019. However, now you cannot find anything with quality. Its not useful at almost all the places. HSBC is such a big name, but with such disappointing promotions

Most horrible app! Trying to check offers in the hotels section for the last 4days, no luck - keep loading and stuck at 99%! Contacted entertainer they advised to speak to HSBC for merchant list 😡 how do we redeem when data doesnt load 😤

Why I can't find previous restaurants? Last year I had problem to get some vouchers. I have been advised to uninstall & re-install. This year I can't find the restaurants again even after uninstall & re-install. What is happening?

Majority of offers are valid for delivery only. No much dine in offers available. Dine in offers should be available for almost all restaurants if want to utilize the app/offers appropriatel!. Or its just unwanted offers.

Has almost none of the main vendors the normal entertainer app does. All that said - the Entertainer in general is becoming worse & worse with fewer or cheaper offerings, more hassle at the vendors, and far less savings.

Very good app in terms of 2 for 1 offers....But when you search a particular outlet then the tab doesnt work to select the offer unless you go back and scroll and search for the same outlet again.

I had been using this app for last 4-5 years . Since last few days now allowing me log in and giving all error messages . When I contacted HSBC they passed on responsibility to Entertainer(and developers). I can send screenshot to required mail ids. Please resolve

All the offers and redemption history have vanished since Dec 31 and trying to get assistance from the customer care team through chat is like pulling teeth. Attempted twice but the response is so slow that my session timed out and the chat vanished. Very entertaining indeed.

1. The basket does not show anything, just blank screen. 2. It refreshes every time when I just minimise the app for a while.

lots of restaurants seem to appear and disappear at random. i can't tell if those restaurants no longer honor the entertainer or its a glitch in the app. I don't think thr original entertainer app has thiss issue.

After contacting thier chat support twice for account related issue, there is no resolution. They keep assuring that some one from staff will call but nobody does. Very disappointed with their support services.

Provide real offers, 1 and get 1. But actually not working with me while booking hotel offers. Very bad and idiate support, they even can not offer any kind of help or advice! First time registration process is so hard and dummy.

I hope they could add more products, specially in the Food/Drinks section. It will be more great and the user will plan to use this app for longer term if they will really add up.

No Ping capability with this App and when I used the online chat to find out why I didn't have a paper plane symbol to Ping the deal to a friend, the chat attendant and the chat app proceeded to waste 30 minutes of my day, before finally asking me which Entertainer I was using.

Last week I went to a restaurant where they rejected the voucher claiming that they never completed the deal with the bank. Additionally, the place is questionable from the standpoint of clients type. I made a complaint and no one made follow up from the bank. The cafe is Cafino Cafe. Very disappointing!!!

Hardly any usable discounts anymore, neither delivery or dine out. App is rarely updated although it desperately needs to be.

Very poor, the merchant contact numbers are incorrect and the customer support does not do much to resolve the issues..delivery is pathetic. Way below competitors...

3 Stars Average. Been a fan since I started using back in 2018 but now most offers for 2021 are just for delivery only. I would have gave it 4stars if only they retain the dine-in offers.
