How did this app get 4.6 rating? This is another crappy app from HSBC. Whatever email I entered, it returned Can't Recognize Your Email Address. Is this kind of a joke?

Hi, for podcast and video please make them playable even if the screen is turned off....currently they dont run in background or if the screen is turn off.
I like the way the app is designed, categorizing contents with different asset classes. It does need improvements but kudoos to the team for coming up with this mobile friendly application.
