Worthless app. Not even one star rating. Having a lot of time during lockdown I tried to explain, to the nice people answering the phone banking, what a client expects. Will see.... Don't expect too much. After all this is the bank that requires a safety device ( token) to permit login. Helloooo this is 2020.
Can a bank be worse than HSBC? No... Its app and online banking services are like 1999... No wonder so many customers abandon it... Update 09/202: After one year of using the app, i can confirm that there might not be any worse app. I always move my salary to another bank, mainly due to the expensive transaction fees and the horrible online services and app..
Is it so hard to make a decent app???? Not only does it not have all the cool features that all the other banks have, it also crashes very often. Horrible app from a horrible bank.
As always hsbc fails again to provide a decent app that will allow you to perform banking actions without the use of bank page. You cannot pay any bill other than ones already listed in your history. You cannot transfer money to a new account that you have not used before. This is app is only useful for viewing your balance , otherwise completely useless . I addition , today the app prompts me to update it , however there is no update available in the store , which renders the app inoperative.
It needs to update funds availability instantly after a transaction, instead of days. This is a major flaw for a bank app.
Very poor app. Doesn't allow any payments to new accounts or bills. Shame HSBC. Need to make fully functional ASAP

Unfortunately;it was the worst experience with this Bank in Greece;When i tried to build a relationship with HSC Greece;The customer services of the bank provide the worst services among all other banks in Greece.All other banks in Greece offer so good and impressive high quality of services but HSBC Greece services are part of their customer services failures.The branch banking services are having so low quality in service manners;Shortly They dont have customer-friendly services at all..It is better to avoid this bank in Greece, when you need a bank to conduct your banking transactions...There are much better banks in Greece with better customers of branch banking & mobile banking & Phone banking
