This app is dreadful, I haven't been able to register, my phone is up to date with the lasted Adriod version and still is unable to operate, I am going to have to take time to change to another bank account.
so few functions. catalogs are not friendly, service payments are impossible :( real pain

Thank so much for this latest update. I can finnally see pending charges on the app, but they are still not itemized or displayed separatelly. It also was a pain to get a tranfer without having a beneficiary updated. Now I can have those express deposits on the app. It still has things to improve; like getting your token back easyer instead of deactivating it completely. But it's a good step forwards and I like it. Please display itemized pending charges.
I've been trying to get my online banking set up but it's damn near imposible, even after calling customer service, they say they got it set up and that it should work but it doesn't, I need to close this account and open up a new one with a different bank because this one is useless. Es una basura, tanto la aplicación como la banca en línea igual que el servicio al cliente, es increíble que despues de varios meses y cientos de intentos es impposible acceder a la banca en linea.
The app has a bug, you only can view 8 characters in the textbox to write your password, but you can tap more than that. That's confuse, because you can think that you only can write 8 characters, if you have a password with more characters...
really like the app it's a great option to mange your account, I just feel that for better rating the app could try and reflect operations a bit sooner, sometimes it takes up to 5 days to show a purchase I had made using my card. Add an easier option to pay credit from the app
Useless, Used to kinda work as a very barebones app that can only check your account status but now even that doesn't work Your status is refreshed like once a week and it doesn't even show the transactions
Stupid app doesn't work at all, and it keeps changing the language on the terms and conditions. Won't let me create an account and it won't let me use the info I have from the website. Complete trash
I am a new customer and its no allow to me to register... I try many times also I restart the mobile and I still doesn't work. Could you fix it?
Great bank and app is easy to use.
So far I have had a good experience with this app and HSBC digital services, despite some issues on occasion. I notice that you are improving and adding very useful features
Poorly designed, it's slow and freezes all the time, it's impossible to pay or transfers because immediately the app restart.

Interfas no amigable, carece de opciones, no muy intuitiva, no se reflejan las transacciones al momento, deja mucho que desear en pleno 2021 Awfull interface, not very intuitive, lack of options and most important transactions do not appear immediately, i do not like nor recomend it at all
I cannot activate my token. I've tried for months and each time it says the connection has failed. The people at the physical bank were not helpful in resolving matters, nor was the phone number that the app gave.
It's a downgraded version of the last app, if I make a payment now there's no way to get a screenshot or download the receipt, there's no way to prove you've done something online. The worst!
0 stars. Worst blanking app I have used to date. To make things worst yet, not only won't work consistently, but it's quite intrusive, privacy wise. Makes me wish I could use another bank for the work account.
after the new update I cannot access it at all - can't update, can't install it. I have no idea what is going on and after 5 calls to HSBC where my phone call just got cut off I am at a loss. Rubbish!!
Very simple app. Used to be better, havent had any issues so far, but they should improve it, every other banks apps in Mexico are far better.
Easy, user friendly, speed could improve. Adding cellphone minutes purchase would be great. Overall very good.
I was unable to activate my token from the app. It made me go back to the branch office to fix it and they actually did... What's the point of installing the app if I have to go back? BTW, this app is not verified by Google protect and it doesn't feel safe. The day I opened my account and provided my phone number to the bank I got an attempt of "Smishing" to my phone. That never ever happened before to me with any other financial institution. This place isn't safe, what shame.
