Tried and tried to install this app Rubbish. Keeps saying Internet error.

It's take to long to active... Alot off time when I needed to generate pin code is not contacted... I called the customer service and the advice me to delete the app and installed again.. Its worse them before... GUYS DO NOT CHANGE FOR THE DIGITAL KEY PASS ITS WIST OF TIME
You guys realise that this is not an app to manage your standard HSBC high street current account, right? This app is just for HSBC's private banking customers; in other words, the super-rich. If you're after an app to manage your high street HSBC Bank account then download the Mobile Banking app and not this one. If the app isn't letting you log on then you've probably downloaded the wrong one.
Doesn't work for UK accounts even though I was advised by hsbc in branch to download the app. Another case of hsbc totally nailing it.

So HSBC has not opened this app for UK users, i had a message to update my app by the 10th of jan to a app i cant even use.
I preferred the old one this won't work on my Samsung note 2 phone. Works fine on my laptop so I know the right details

why do these apps not work on my tablet saying it's not optimised have managed to get it on my S8 but not on here or get online banking to work on my laptop. Opened Premier Account two days ago because Nationwide gave the same message was advised this wouldn't happen at HSBC interwiew cannot give no stars Have been and purchased another tablet today and it still says the same but has stated that downloas is pending for about six hours
