UI needs a bit to get used to but ok overall. irritating to keep asking me to rate. couldn't find my forex transaction and not sure if there's a few days lag or what. still a lot to catch up with other banks in terms of UI and functionality. initially used this for the global currency account but glad I can transfer funds to and from my main HSBC account easily.
unable to use this app, it display 2 messages whenever i open the app: security message on third party keyboard and security message on screen reader, and the only available option is close the app, i have no problem with the HSBC Singapore app for other banking services, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and also spoken to several relationship managers without any luck, I'm using Honor 8 Pro Android version 9.0.1
doesn't work for me either, shows the security warning. using an s9 and latest update. seems like there's no support for this app. I've contacted HSBC phone, branch and no one is able to route me to a support team.
Loops at the third party keyboard warning screen. With any luck, after an indeterminate number of clicks on the continue button, you may be able to get into the app
Worst app I've even used. Crashes like 9 out of 10 times before I can even log in. Used to do so "only" half the time so I could still make transactions, but now it's completely impossible
Amazing FX App with interesting chart function during my transfer, love it that i can set my own preferred rate. Customizable watchlist is also quite neat with ability to track my curreny performance against my benchmark.
rate discovery never works. always gets an error message. I would take a screenshot for troubleshooting but screenshots are also blocked?!?!
Not user friendly. Sometimes icon won't launch, freeze & wouldn't allow me to switch. Quite frustrating!
As information portal it is ok, have still not tried to trade equities or make money transfer, perhaps I will prefer to do this on my PC. Must see if l can get used to the new FX app.
App looks decent and helps you use manage you FX across Everyday Global Accounts. The app stability has improved. The main 'quick fx' interface could be improved to guide the users better.
Great app. Works perfectly for all my foreign currency transactions. Only question, why couldn't this be combined with the HSBC Singapore mobile banking app? Why do I need 2 apps from the same bank to address my needs?
No longer works on my Samsung S8, still using the same version (latest). It opens and force close straight away
Good tool to monitor FX
Again shows how HSBC may be global but each country is a silo. Can't do transfers for other countries (only Singapore) and not obvious (if at all possible) to setup payees. "world's local bank" hahah fail.
useless. won't launch if you use a third-party keyboard for security reasons yet the normal hsbc app works fine
App always shutdown less than 1 second when I open it.
Smart way of remitting money overseas. So easy and efficient.
rate is good. just sometimes apps will be closed automatically.
Quick and fast. Would be good if it swiches to mobile token instead or use biometrics on phone
doesnt work, says i am using a rooted device. i tried 3 different phones sony xperia, xiaomi and huawei all same issue.
does not work, keep showing this security message and unable to continue or contact the bank

The App is not working well. You keep trying to log on a few times until you can get inside! Once you get inside, the page suddenly disappears and you end up trying to log on again. Really annoying!
