Worst banking app I have ever used The app does not let you do ANYTHING. One can not define transfers, cancel transfers, edit transfers defined via their website, read notifications or emails, etc. Other banking apps offer almost all banking services via their app, simple and efficient. This one shows the account balance, withheld funds, the account history, and let's one transfer money to (via computer/website only) pre-defined payees. That's it. The bare minimum.

can't really do much other than move money around. none of the cashless payment options used in Vietnam are available. I had to open an account at a different bank in order to spend my money

please improve your apps, allow user to send to not saved account.

Basic application that permits transfers to pre used payees only. No chance to manage the account. All transactions are processed mainly manually and then require working days. You can check just few transactions in the current month. If you change device is quite difficult to register again, is asking you to contact the customer service... you keep waiting on the phone too long and then they hang you the call. Trying that from abroad is impossible. No customer service.

it's ok,getting better still needs work to allow customers to actually do basic everyday functions. Cannot Top Up phone credit and pay other types of bills... Still pathetic in 2022 still can not do & hold these outdated and most primitive features!

Worst banking app ever used! No option to add payees, can only transfer to existing payees(added in net banking). Cannot take screenshot, security reason but there should be a toggle to enable/disable that. Its very hard if u want to share some evidence without screenshot Cannot manage transaction limits, cannot control card usage. BASICALLY NOTHING CAN BE DONE

I highly appreciate the simplicity of this app but pay with points always failed to load information with my Xiaomi 8 Android 10. Please check and fix it ASAP

This is THE SINGLE WORST banking app I have ever seen in my entire life and I am not exaggerating. This app cannot be used for any meaningful purposes other than generating a bunch of OTP code. The app does not support even the utmost basic feature which is to transfer money instantly to other accounts. You have to go into an unnecessarily complex process (cannot be done through the app) when transferring money to a bank account that you have not made a transaction with before. In addition, the money transferring is anything other than being "instant". It is beyond my comprehension how this app gets a 4.3 star rating on the Play Store. Absolutely worthless.

Though it seems more simple than old version, it missed one of the most important feature - transfer to external accounts. I can't believe an online banking app has no this feature, it's the worst user exp for the app. Hope that can be fixed ASAP.

Not many great features in comparision to other banks. Also inconvenient for viewing credit card balance/ transaction/statement. Looking at it I don't know how much is the due amount, and when should be paid by, very confusing. And no detail transactions for the statement due.

TERRIBLE. Instruction does not match the reality. If you have account, you SHOULD NOT change to this app during COVID restriction if you cannot go to their office. Their customer service does not work as well. After long wait on the phone, you will be cut off.

Can't transfer money from my account to external bank accounts. Why? It seems HSBC doesn't care about their customer needs. The description, provided by HSBC Vietnam, says that they are constantly improving the app to meet their customers' needs. However, this app allows users to donknky the bare minimum and nothing more - too restrictive. I've had this app for more than a year and there have been absolutely no improvements.

I had extremely bad experience with the app. When I firstly log in the app. It shows options whether I registered online banking or not. I pressed No, then it will lead me to the website that I can register. After stressing myself follow the steps. I finally got pop up that I registered online banking successfully. But I used exactly information to log in. This crazy app will show me that No security details held.

This is one of the worst and most awful apps I have ever used. I can't choose/type the bank account number of the beneficiary to make a fund transfer. I'm not sure if there is anyone that reads our feedback. There should be a team that keeps improving or upgrading this service. An Android phone user.

Works well enough, but I wish there were more account functions.

Im trying to login my account into a new device. There is a message that devides reach limit. I do go back to my current device and remove it from device management. Then now I can not login both new and current devices. It pops up same message. It means im blocked accessing online banking in website also as im not able to generate the login code anymore.

It's imposible to add new account from the app and you can't print the transfer once they are done. So you can't get a support of any transaction to send in case of required by any other person

Banking app for Vietnam but I can't find how to change to Vietnamese

this app is really stupid. why i can not transfer money to another bank account? the previous version is better. 12/12/2019. once again the new update just like bull sh... still can not make a transfer to new external bank account. the app just list the history external bank account. I don't believe that the big bank like HSBC can not make a good application.

Transaction history is updated slowly. It may take days to see my transactions. Disappointed.

Cannot even login, always say "Service unavailable" after enter PIN code.

Only available for internal transfer between owner's accounts. Not yet useful, but the app is still in development, so hope to see new features soon.

This app just simply doesnt work. After entering pin/fingerprint...page kept loading for a while then went blank then i got informed session expired. Worst app ever.

v3.14.0 The app is freaking slow. It takes ages to log on, change PIN. v3.8.0 Change log says "Enhanced log on and app set up experience" and user couldn't log in at all.

Most annoying and useless bank app ever. Constantly out of service. Can't do anything on the app. Very barebones. Worse than online banking in the 2000s. Smh.

My old phone crashed. How can I use mobile banking now? I can't log in on the new phone and I can't use internet banking too.

Doesn't work on Pixel 6 phone. App closes immediately when opened. Please fix. This app used to work on my old phone.
