HSL’s tickets available on the app
- Single tickets for adults and children
- Day tickets (1-7 days) for adults and children
- 30-day tickets for adults

You can pay by card or by mobile. The tickets cost the same as Travel Card tickets.

Wherever you’re going in the capital region, the Journey Planner finds you the best route and tells you which ticket you need for your journey.

In addition, the app provides you with up-to-date traffic bulletins for the areas and routes of your choice.

App crashing seem to have been fixed in latest update. However, the app is extremely slow compared to a few updates ago and especially if I want to buy an additional zone, like AB+C, after confirming payment the app doesn't show the new ticket, but keeps showing my season ticket (AB) only, unless I restart the app several times! Fix, please. I'm tired of having trouble boarding, even if I buy a ticket several minutes in advance. This is madness.

Travel card as travel card, really usefull, affordable, but also pretty slow, and after some updates refuses to work until reinstalling, whitch is not OK itself, but even worse - when you log in to your account again, it doesn't have any of ur saved stops/routes/search history anymore. And because of how slow/buggy it sometimes is you may get fined. Very funny. Best option available, but still meh. Also, pretends that transport being 5-10+ min late is not a disruption

Works properly only when the app has a good day. Payment fails regularly while actually buying several tickets. The app is also really slow with some minor bugs. Some days it just keeps crashing and is impossible to even load. Maybe would be smart to just adapt a solution from European cities and stop developing your own because it over 2 years there has been no improvement in stability at all. Unfortunately this kind of app one is forced to use without any alternative.

[Edit 23.4.22: Version 4.1.0 does NOT fix this.] Used 2 years ago without problems. Installed it on my new phone. Adding a card doesn't work, tried three of them. Everything goes smoothly and the card is validated, but when the browser is supposed to return to the app, it just opens the Google Play Store page, and the app shows a general error or just says no cards added. Same problem that another user had. Nothing works, opening in external browser, changing the browser etc. Royally annoying.

Crashes all the time and there arent any new updates available. Rebooted my phone and everything. It takes like 2 minutes to even load the routes page :( [Edit] Doesnt let me change my phone number in order to log into my account :'). It says that its not connected to a network or something along the lines, even when im using wifi or just mobile data. I thought downloading the app again might fix some issues i had before

I can't add a payment card. I think I tried 30 times, everytime I got the generic 'Failed to add payment card' error. I am on a duty trip and need to get a bus to the office tomorrow in the morning. There are no R kiosks or ticket machines around where I am now. This app is the only option to buy a ticket. I was impressed by this app in November 2021, I am now equally dissappointed. This is very inconvenient. PS: I have the latest version of the app and made sure the app ran in the background.

The app keeps crashing right before I need to use it! Very annoying and problematic since HSL is shifting everyone to use their app for season tickets and not their HSL cards. I've now had to use my card to buy trips when this happens as my other option is waiting for the next bus. Please fix this! This is the third time it has happened. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I like the route planner a lot, but purchasing season tickets with Eazybreak does not work for me (OnePlus 7 Pro), it just reserves the amount and cancels the transaction after a while. Edit: the newest version works much better! Back to 5 stars.

Keeps crashing and only way to fix it is delete the whole app and reinstalling it. Makes my life complicated as I have monthly pass on this app and I always have to panic and reinstall every time before getting into the bus.

Last few updates have been astoundingly horrid, 'tickets' and 'routes' buttons don't work, white screens all of the time, card refuses to load, I even got charged but didn't receive anything once. And sometimes the app refuses to do anything even when buttons are pressed.

I'm going to delete the app right after my seasonal ticket expire. It keeps crashing on OnePlus and i had to uninstall and reinstall it everytime so it works for few days. I missed few trips on public transport because the app didn't work then.

The app is crashing repeatedly and we were not able to show our tickets to the ticket inspector. Restarting the phone did not help. Restarting the app did not help. Clearing the cache did not help. Force stopping the app through my phone settings did help. Stressful experience, this should not happen with a ticket app. Edit: I did not want to try reinstalling, because I did not want to risk losing our 2-Day tickets as I don't have an account. I will deinstall the app as soon as possible

After changing phones, I was unable to add a payment card which rendered the app useless. When I was in a hurry running to the train "failed to add a payment card" error didn't help to troubleshoot the problem at all - maybe add more eloborative error descriptions? Numerous reinstalls didn't help either. In my case at least I had the card already added on my hsl account (didn't even remember I had one) and I was unable to add the card to the app without an account. Frustrating experience.

The app literally does not work. You cannot add a card, and therefore cannot use it to purchase tickets (the only point of having the app). This is on the latest version (4.1.0) which supposedly fixed this issue. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Sometimes when I buy a ticket I don't actually get the ticket, even though the payment has gone through. Most of the times I end up just buying a second ticket, as I'm usually entering a bus in a hurry. The application does not offer any fast ways to contact support for these kind of issues, and the bug has persisted for a long time (at least over a year). It's just ridiculous to have this kind of a bug in an app, which is supposed to manage the majority of ticket purchases.

2nd time in several years where the app completely stops working, can't buy tickets and can't change my information, the only fix is to uninstall and download the app again, a really old and critical bug that hasn't been fixed. Route suggestions make no sense except for making more money, just because I'm close to zone A the app tries to route me through that zone in order to force an ABC ticket when all I ACTUALLY need is a BC ticket. The UI is really impractical and clunky to use.

Adding new payment methods has not worked for over a week now, ever since initially having all payments fail before even attempting the purchase. I logged out and back in as directed in the article that's only available in Finnish. Authentication succeeds but directs back to Google play instead of the app itself, after which there's a blank browser window open when opening the app. No card is added to the list in spite of every communication indicating that the authentication was successful.

If I choose a route and I close the app, when I go back it has disappeared. It doesn't save history of the most recent chosen route... I hate this app. Slow as it can be.

The app only shows my monthly pass. Wasn't even able to buy a pass for my daughter today because the app keeps crashing. The route planner also stopped working halfway through a trip. Used to work a lot better, but now it's a piece of trash.

App can not send me a confirmation sms to my phone number. When I ask to resend it HSL will tell me the app is not connected to the service, even when i have all permissions allowed. This issue popped up in February and I still can not purchase tickets :(

Like every several purchase will re-ask E-bank credential...after that...error purchasing. Money out but ticket not in the app. Fix this please, or do you love me to get fined for 80 euros? thanks in advance Edit: No more error, so I fixed the rate to 4 star. Thanks for fixing this.
